Perfect! We've used The Parking Spot for 5 years now. Mostly the South location but today and a few other times, the North location. I like that the shuttle is almost always at your car once you've parked and are getting out of it. I like that the drivers help load the luggage onto and off of their shuttle. It's helpful that they record your parking stall number on a card for you to put in your wallet. The ride to the airport is usually bumpy par for the course for van-based boxy shuttles. Drivers have always dropped us off where we wanted. Tonight it was at the Hyatt Regency. The drivers have always been quite courteous as well. We always make sure to tip them well for the service they're providing to us. Oh - the North location has a complimentary automatic car wash too. I've used it once. For no extra cost - it's fine. We're well pleased with the service we've gotten from The Parking Spot the past 5 years. read more

The shuttle wait is ridiculously long. You're better off spending the extra few dollars parking at the airport.

Called the shuttle because it was 1130 pm. They said the shuttle was still running. Waited for 30 minutes finally the shuttle came but was driving 40 mph past the stop and didn't even slow down. Had to call the dispatcher again. Colossal waste of time. Should have spent terminal money because I would be home by now. read more

Admittingly I made a mistake and booked my reservation wrong and came a day early. Attendant gave me a paper QR code for the one day. Upon return and trying to exit, I explained to the attendant the mistake I did. The attendant did not just add a day at the same rate, she cancelled the whole thing and then charged me $5 more for each day than what I was quoted. She said "prices change daily and because I did the reservation wrong, this is the price". I was punished for a small mistake. I have used this place for years, but now, no more. I work for a very large corporation with direct access to the travel manager. I will make sure to mention the treatment I experienced and recommend our hundreds of travelers go elsewhere for parking needs. read more

I want to bring attention to an issue I experienced while parked at your DFW North facility. I parked in spot S20 on 3/7/26 and returned on 3/13/26. After leaving the lot, I drove about half a mile before my low‑fuel indicator came on. Moments later, my car stalled at the entrance of a Marriott hotel. I had to push it into a parking space because it was blocking the driveway. When I originally parked, my vehicle had three‑quarters of a tank of gas. The only reasonable explanation is that fuel was removed from my car while it was in your facility. I then had to walk roughly half a mile to a gas station to purchase a gas can and fuel just to get my car running again. My vehicle is a 2025 Toyota RAV4, which automatically shuts off after 60 minutes if left running, so this was not caused by the engine being left on. I have been parking at this location since 2010 and have never encountered anything like this. With gas prices continuing to rise, this type of incident may become more common--especially given the lack of on‑site security since the transition to automated checkout. I contacted your company about this issue and have not received any response after 10 days. At this point, I'm seriously considering finding another parking facility. read more

I have used the parking spot more than 13 times in the last year and a half with no problems other than long waits for a shuttle. Last night after receiving a conformation receipt for $109 they charged me $140 at the gate because they said I was an hour late. I told them i had no control of this due a long wait they refused to help in any way and made pay the extra day because I was late. never use them! They don't deserve 1 star is there a way to give zero stars? read more

On August 27, 2025 around 8:10pm the driver of shuttle van #153 an African American male refused to take us due to not having a "ticket". Even with proof of our reservation and a photo of our car parked in the facilities lot he would not allow us to ride. Upon parking a week ago on August 20, 2025 we were never given a "ticket" by any member of this parking facility at the entrance or by the shuttle driver who took us to our gate. So we are left stranded at DFW without a ride due to their mistake. A shuttle driver finally agreed to take us on another bus without the "ticket". Upon arriving to the facility the lady at the front running dispatch would not release or look up the drivers name because I'm sure they didn't want it posted in the review that I am now writing. This reservation was made online, we had a picture of our car in the parking lot, and an email with the reservation confirmation and that still wasn't enough for that shuttle driver. Customer service is NON-existent at this place!! Hard lesson learned not to use this parking spot for services ever in the future. Just know they care nothing about you and once you have paid their fee to park they couldn't care less if things go wrong. The lady running dispatch said she would "let someone know tomorrow" about the situation but I'm sure that won't happen either. When I arrived, a lady told me not to enter yet, as she had to tell me where to go. No worries. Except I think had to wait a few minutes for her and when she finally came out, I asked for an uncovered spot and got a response of "just go covered, work with me here, parking is tight and we're busy" Great customer service I tell ya. She then tells me what row to go to. I go down that row, there isn't a spot open. I have to go to go two rows over before I find a spot. Once I find a spot, I probably spend 10-15 minutes waiting for a shuttle to pick me up. I'm not sure where the convenience or time/cost savings comes into play. This lot is far from the airport, it's costly, and it takes a long time to get shuttled. It's odd too, because The Parking Spot at DAL operates so much better and with better customer service. I'll just Uber next time I have to fly out of DFW, it honestly would have saved me time and $150. read more

This airport parking solution checks all the boxes! It's easy to make a reservation on the phone app, fair pricing and reassuring to know that you will have a place to park when departing on a flight. When you arrive to park, the gate attendant will direct you to a letter area to park in based upon your choice of covered or non covered parking. They send a shuttle van to come pick you right up! By the time we had our luggage out of our car and locked it, there was a shuttle right down the way. The driver loaded our luggage onto the shuttle and asked what terminal and gate we were scheduled to depart from. We were given a card with our row and space number so we know where to go when we return. We were dropped off right where we needed to be. Our return at DFW was easy as well. The hardest part was finding where to pick up the Parking Spot shuttle in DFW to go back to their parking lot. Then we handed the driver the card that has our row and parking spot listed on it. I'd like to start by saying I have no issues with the staff on site. They were all very nice and did what they could to help. My issue is with the reservations/customer service/corporate. I made a reservation in a city that has 3 Parking Spot parking lots. I downloaded the app to make things easier (so I thought) but the user interface makes it way too easy to accidentally pick the wrong location. When I arrived, I had already checked in before I realized I needed to be in a different lot. The attendant at the gate checked out my reservation, gave me the address for the correct lot, and told me to use the same reservation there. What they did NOT tell me (they may not have known) was that the system would not honor the price I had with the reservation. It wasn't until I checked out several days later that it gave me the new price - 3X what the reservation was for! The gate attendant there was able to place a discount on the charge, so it wasn't as bad as the kiosk showed, but then they told me to call customer service and ask them to adjust it. Customer service took 5 days to get back to me and basically said "No, we don't adjust anything retroactively." They basically alluded that if you make a mistake, tough luck. Even though the attendant had sent me on with the same reservation number to use! They said I could contact "Guest Services" but then offered no contact information. I guess I'm just supposed to figure out their phone number on my own. I wish I would have canceled and parked somewhere else instead. I travel often for work. This was the first time I had used the Parking Spot and I'll never use them again. Their attendants may be great but the company overall does not care about their customers. We parked here cause we heard good things and never again. First off it seem very gheto there . I was afraid to leave my car there for a week. 2nd we waited like 30 at the airport and was told that we didnt have to call finally I called the girl i talk to was very rude and didnt really care we been waiting that long. When we left when we were passing to leave one of the employees was there and saw us coming we had plenty of room between the bus and him and right when we passed he hit my mirror on purpose . My vehicle was STOLEN while parked here for a 2 day trip. No help from management! They just were laughing it off and did not care. When the police showed up they started to talk a little more but they did not and are not handling this well AT ALL!!! We are still waiting to hear back about the video footage they have which they have been giving us the run around about that! We believe it was an inside job. In my opinion the very least they could do is offer a Uber ride home being that our Cadillac Escalade was stolen from their "secure and fenced establishment" In hopes to help just one person out from going through the stress and trouble we are going through I'm writing this review. Okay, it's airport parking so don't expect much. I got a Groupon otherwise cost would have been equal to parking at the terminal. Pickups were quick and the woman at the kiosk and our first driver were great. Here's what bothered me. On the van all the vid is constantly talked about how friendliness was number one. Now picture hearing these smiling, committed people in the background as your driver berates you for making him stop at the wrong location. I tried to explain we had just spent 11 hours coming back from Hawaii and I wasn't thinking straight. But he didn't want to hear it. When we finally got to our spot, the driver sat there as we unloaded our own bags (I have a bad ankle by the way). I got mad at my wife as she felt the need to apologize to the driver who avoided eye contact and grunted at us ...as the smiling woman on the video said something about making people feel good. After a complete blitz of messages via LinkedIn, the company finally responded with we are not able to help you financially but what can we do different in the future. Another corporation that only cares about its bottom line. Thank you for ending a school trip in the most awful way and for costing a family so much from our budget. Shame on you! We use this parking service on all our travels out of DFW airport. Easy to book on line, easy quick service once at parking lot. Shuttle takes you to closest gate and picks you up at two spots at each terminal. Drivers get your luggage on shuttle and most put it right in your car when back at your vehicle. Quick easy service. Up until now I have been very pleased with Parking Spot both at DFW and at Love Field. Because Thanksgiving is a Holiday, they increased their pricing from $16.95 a day to $34.95 a day. This is almost a 400% increase which in my book is the classic example of price gouging. If this occurs again, they will never see me again and I will start using Express Parking at DFW. I used Parking Spot all the time when I lived in Austin and it was great. The DFW branch is lacking. Check in was pretty smooth, but getting back was pretty rough. Waited for 20 minutes before a parking spot shuttle showed up for the first time, and it was full. Waited 10 more minutes for another. When I finally got to my car, both exit lanes were backed up and I had to put my car in park it took so long. By the time I got to the window, I just wanted out. I was charged for an additional day, but at that point I just wanted to get home and paid it. Feel ripped off, but whatever. I won't be using parking spot ever again. I got an email with an offer of two nights free when I combined my Park N Fly and Parking Spot. I did so and started my reservation for two nights. It showed I was using 900 points and I would still owe a balance of $14/night which is the regular price! 450 points is supposed to be worth a free night, so this offer is very misleading, they are not giving you free anything, you are paying full price. We used remote airport parking so basically we paid for parking TWICE. We still have not heard from Parking Spot over a week later! No customer service number! What a scam!
