Received very poor service from this company on a Monday evening from DFW. When we called from baggage claim, they placed us on hold for six minutes. So my wife called back and no one picked up. They eventually told us where to go for the pick up. Although they said someone would come within 10-15 minutes, the van didn't come for 23 minutes. The van had no outside markings (plain white) older van. The step to climb up into the van was broken (see photo) so it was quite difficult for my wife to climb in and out. I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees. After a horrible Uber experience, I needed something convenient and easy and quick for my weekly trips to the airport / and they have beyond surpassed my expectations. A couple of times I've even gotten lost / confused on where to meet them and they have remedied it and made sure I still made my flight on time. I chose this company early on vs the rest by accident. It was a random choice I'm glad I made. I have used them a lot, and love their model. They are always there when I need them, on time, and I believe fairly priced. Our son uses the competition and they don't have a loyalty program like Valeta does to the best of my knowledge. I have used this service multiple times for both business and personal trips, and I have had very good experiences. I would recommend them to my friends and family, especially to those with multiple young children. The airport can be such a challenging place to navigate and add kids in the mix and stress levels just go up. Warning to Valeta customers!! I just returned to DFW expecting to have my car waiting and to meet the usual yellow or gray shirted friendly employee, only to discover Valeta (formerly The Airport Valet) suddenly quit operating. No warning, no email, no text, NOTHING to indicate a problem. I had even called them before my flight left to re-confirm my return reservation. They did not breathe a word about any problem and said my valet would be there. The valet was NOT at bag claim and my car was NOT waiting nearby. I called again and was told they were out of business and that I should go outside and find DFW Valet and they would get my car. ......DFW Valet, who had no contract with me, and no permissions from me found my car and brought it to me. I came to this site to write a favorable review of The Airport Valet. I decided to read the previous reviews, as I was surprised to see a low rating. After reading other reviews and the subsequent comments by management, I am even more impressed with this company. I have experienced nothing but professionalism from this company and its management staff. And yes, I have had to call because of a minor complaint. DFW Airport is undergoing quite a bit of construction. When arriving at terminal E, due to construction, I was told to meet my valet at gate 16 instead of gate 30 where my flight was to originate. When I arrived, my valet was nowhere in sight. I immediately contacted the company and they stayed on the phone with me while my valet literally ran to meet me. Turned out he was new and had inadvertently gone to gate 30. I was quickly processed and on my way! The delay cost me less than five minutes and the company handled the error expertly. I have used The Airport Valet on numerous subsequent occasions. All to my absolute satisfaction. I especially appreciate all of the little extras...my car securely parked off site in a secured warehouse and not just under a canopy, car washes and detailing services, and even the opportunity to purchase cookies or flowers for a significant other during Valentine's week! Best of all, a cold bottle of water waiting for me in my car. Thanks for the extra mile! Management, if you're reading this, keep offering cookies and flowers and other such extras. This is a service I can't live without! It has simplified everything about traveling in and out of DFW for me. I use The Airport Valet every time I go absolutely anywhere. From the sheer convenience of being able to just drive up to the entrance and getting out of the car, to knowing that when I come back, no matter what terminal my flight is diverted to, my vehicle will be there waiting for me, with a punctual and courteous person waiting to greet me-- it is well worth the minimal additional cost per day above just parking at the terminal. The amount of travel stress The Airport Valet spares me in looking for a place to park in time to catch my flight, or in eliminating the necessity of lugging my bags onto a tram to another terminal or through a multi-level garage in the dark in search of my car upon my return is just not quantifiable. I use this service several times a year and have never had a single bad experience, complaint, or encountered anyone either in person or on the phone who was anything less than 100% professional. WARNING to Valeta customers!! I just returned to DFW, very late this evening, expecting to have my car waiting and to meet the usual friendly valet, only to discover Valeta suddenly quit operating! They didn't even have the courtesy to text or email information as where my car could be located. Phone calls and texts to their number went unanswered. Very disappointing! My daughter and I are fortunate to have found our vehicle so we could finally be on our way home. read more

Great service and a pleasure to use while traveling.

I have used valeta and really enjoyed them but today I'm upset. I get to where their text says to meet them and they aren't there. I find out from another company there that valeta isn't really in service anymore. I go ahead and call valeta and no body answered my calls. I have a plane to catch... so I end up going with the people that were standing outside (which ended up being more than I was supposed to pay). I later called valeta again and finally got someone to answer. They proceed to tell me some other company will take over and I can use them with the reservation I have.. WHERE WAS THIS INFO WHEN I NEEDED IT?! Awful communication! Don't send me a text to meet you somewhere when NO ONE will be there to take my car. read more

One of the highlights of our recent vacation was our decision to use The Airport Valet, or Valeta. I had previously considered Uber for our transportation but decided they were too unreliable that early in the morning. I called Valeta the night before our flight and they were able to pick up my car at 5am the next morning. When we arrived back a week later our car was there at baggage claim along with a friendly staff member to help us on our way. As a longtime traveler I can't remember an easier experience for drop-off and pickup. Valeta exceeded my expectations and I will be using them again. I have used this service for over 5 years now. I fly out of DFW more than 20 times a year. Every one of those trips, even same day turnarounds, are with The Airport Valet. I have had ZERO issues with them. I am a purchasing professional and do my best to keep from paying any more than I have to. When you look at the total amount charged by The Airport Valet vs. their competition - there isn't a better value. Especially when you consider their rewards program. I cash in my points every time I take a vacation and rarely have to pay for the service - a savings of another 10%! Lastly - you cannot put a value on time. Over the last 5 years, I haven't personally taken my vehicle for an oil change, car wash, or state inspection. They take care of those items for me while I travel and at very reasonable prices, especially when you consider you now don't have to spend half a Saturday away from your family and free time taking care of those items. Additionally, I rarely have to get to the airport more than 1 hour before my flight. Add that to getting right n my vehicle when I land - gives me more time with my family. I was extremely satisified with the service that I received. I was suppose to meet the valet at 6:30 pm, but arrived around 6 pm. I called and they had someone there in about 15 minutes. Once the gentleman was there it was a no hassle deal, he even helped us unload our luggage. When we arrived back at the airport, the lady returning the vehicle was already outside the terminal exit with my name showing me where to go. I thought the service was great. There were no extra charges, actually it was about $5 less than I was quoted. They were easy to find and I would definitely use them again. read more

I have used "The Airport Valet" (the guys in yellow) for 5+ years. I prefer their service because they meet me at the luggage carousel and assist with my luggage where the other companies make you go search for your valet. They also do oil changes and other services and park my car inside (not outside uncovered like the other guys). I think they are the best. read more

my husband dropped his car off with valeta, and they returned it with a dead battery. obviously, they would have had to jump start it to get to the gate. so, they would have known it was dead. yet, they said nothing and let him get in it and try to start it. when it would not start, they then said that they had no idea what went wrong with the car, even though it was fine when he dropped it off. we are not having to have the battery replaced at our expense. this is the last of a long line of terrible customer service from this company. avoid this company like the plague. read more

I love all the extra services they offer, their Park Place partnership and the fact that they will accommodate other airports when needed with a reasonable fee. This is a horrible company. They told me I would only be charged for 2 days and I looked at my bank statement and they charged me for 3 days. I gave them exact flight times and return times and the person that made my reservation lied and said I would only be charged for 2 days and I wouldn't be charged for a 3rd day. I called and spoke with a so called manager named "Jane" she should not be a manager she was rude and not helpful at all. I'm not sure if its her hourly salary that has her attitude this way. I am a consumer and when you are running a business you should inform your customers when they will be charge. Horrible company and I will never use them again. Do not use this company they bill you without you knowing and then say its an estimate when you call and question them about it. Jane claims she was speaking with the Owner "John" in the background.
