We took a beautiful boat ride to a secluded location, had wonderful food, and absolutely all the drinks you could possibly want. All for a very reasonable price, better than anything our cruise line offered. The people were all awesome. They all wore shirts that said "I my job!" And it felt like they actually did. It was like a bunch of friends invited you to a really awesome party. The place we stopped at had it all. Beautiful pool. Large hot tub. Great snorkeling. Paddle boards if you wanted. A great hike to a lovely waterfall. And if you just wanted to soak up the sun, they had really comfy loungers. On the way back, we were all feeling great and most of us started dancing. We all probably looked silly but were having way too much fun too care. Next time in Puerto Vallarta we are absolutely booking these folks again. The booze selection is pretty generic, but plentiful, and the snacks along the way are appreciated. The fajita lunch was solid and hit the spot after a morning on the water. Shoutout to Ricky Ricardo, truly the hostess with the mostest -- high energy, fun, and kept the vibe going all day. Luis was also fantastic, constantly checking in and somehow remembering everyone's names, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. They even slowed the boat down so we could watch whales, which was a highlight, and having a photographer on board was a nice touch to capture the day. The music on the ride home was a little outdated, but honestly... it just turned into a dance party anyway -- especially once the tequila shots started making the rounds. All in all, a great excursion with a fun crowd, attentive staff, and memorable moments. Easy 4 stars and a solid choice if you're looking for a lively day trip while in Puerto Vallarta.

The Fat Cat has room for about 120 people but we had about 40 which was perfect for people to be able to walk around, get a drink with no line, and have some breathing room. I thought it would just be something like breakfast pastries, open bar, lunch, and everyone can get in the water, but the experience was so much more than that. Getting on board, my wife & I got on board last and everyone already had a drink to toast to us, we saw whales in the first 30 minutes up close, got a detailed explanation of whales and their communication patterns, and throughout the whole trip the crew had spontaneous activities that are better left to be discovered as a surprise. The Crew made the trip! They had so much energy, enthusiasm, and attentiveness to everyone on board. Everyone had a drink pretty much at all times, and we had a solid hour plus in the water. Food was great and if you're celebrating something other than a wedding, I'm sure the crew will sprinkle in more fitting activities to go with the event in mind. We spent 6 hours whale watching and exploring with Victor and had a great time…read more He quickly found two groups of humpback whales who were in the "courting phase". He was respectful of the whales but followed in a way that got us good looks and great photos. Then off south to the Islands of Mismaloya where we watched Pelicans nesting and saw blue footed boobies. We went further south to explore little coves and beaches and landed at Playa Las Animas for an excellent lunch at El Coral Restaurante. Victor has a very nice boat which is clean and well maintained. There was ample shade. He is knowledgeable and has lots of good stories. We had a great day. Victor will set up what you want and you pay a reasonable hourly rate. He will take you snorkeling, fishing, surfing and probably more.

There is really nothing not to like about this experience!We would highly recommend it to anyone for their vacation. You arrive at the port at 8:30 then head to a snorkel spot, finally arriving at the beach at noon. But that is after you swing past downton Puerto Vallarta so you can see old town from he boat - really beautiful. One tip- my husband and 7-year old went on the zip lining tour and it is really more of an obstacle/ adventure course where good shoes are preferable (they had flip flops on!). They found it challenging but they did it! I'd suggest bringing water or climbing shoes, and maybe skip it if you aren't up for a hike. Ater a few hours at the beach and an authentic mexican lunch where waiters brought us drinks constantly no matter where we were, we headed back to port. We were back by 4pm - an ideal day in paradise, si!

We were not able to go to hidden beach this time unfortunately but Chava took my family on a private tour to the Los Arcos and we went snorkeling and saw thousands of fish! And then a boat ride around to to the places that are only accessible by boat. Had a nice lunch over there at el carocal. When we return to Puerto Vallarta we will be using these guys and not going through concierge services. We wish we booked with them sooner. They were very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I have fished out of PV several times and the advantage is that it is out of the Bay of Banderas and closer to the best fishing to the north.
