If you don't want any input on what is going to happen after you spend $1200 for 4 hour boat tour that goes top speed of of 10 kms per hour and doesn't go where you ask. This is still not worth $2. Save you your time and get an inflatable raft and get more action. Pure disappointment. read more

After another cruise canceled on us, we booked with Jets, and the process was fantastic. They were responsive over email trying to work out the details, food, drinks, and trip. We got the Trio meal, but substituted a second ceviche for the chicken salad. The food was very good, especially considering it had to survive all morning in a cooler on a boat. The captain made several good suggestions that really improved the trip as well. Lastly, our guide, Andres, was just wonderful. Really made sure our trip was special, and all of us had a great time. Next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta, there's no doubt I'll be going back to Jets and requesting Andres! read more

We rented the 47' Party Catamaran for 14 people for my birthday and had the BEST time with Lucio and the rest of the crew. Booking was incredibly easy with Aleatha and Nico helped make modifications and provided quick, helpful responses. Just got back from my first trip to PV. A few friends and I rented a private tour with Jet's and had an amazing time. We lucked out with Danny, who was fun and a great tour guide. We rented a smaller boat, but still were able to have a ton of fun - we chose the music and with consultation from Danny decided on a waterfall trip and private beach tour. Was able to book pretty last minute and they were flexible with what we were going to do and the timing, which was great as our group was a bit indecisive. Would definitely recommend and hope to use the service again, next time I visit. read more

This is a Must Do event. This review is for the N__de Beach Tour. I had so much fun. The boat ride out was refreshing. Rashid, Curtis, and Victor, our captain, were great. Rashid and Curtis kept it fun and flirty. We were at an alternative beach on a Friday but it was fine. There was enough room to have a quiet space and for those who wanted to party and mingle there was room for that as well. I got a tarot reading by Dil Devine and it really helped crystallize some things for me. Splurge for the 30 minute reading so you can get all of the information from the cards. The drinks were good as well as the chicken salad and shrimp ceviche. Just enough to keep you from starving until you're back on land. One may want to bring a little bit of a snack with you if you plan on drinking a lot however. Met some cool people who I wouldn't have run into in my normal life and that was good. It is what you make of it so keep that in mind. "When in Rome!" However, some people were still... shy... after others have been more....vulnerable is interesting. If you are timid, this may not be the vibe for you but all different sizes, shapes, and colors were welcomed and treated the same by the wonderful staff. Finally the boat ride back was even more fun than getting there so it's all around a good time from beginning to end. I think this will be a tradition for me on future trips to PV! I really don't need to write a review on Jet's Boat Tours because everyone has already given them 5-stars. This review is no different. We rented this private boat specifically to catch a glimpse of the glowing algae in the water at night. We set out a little before sunset, traveled to Los Arcos and saw the sun dip below the horizon. So breath taking and romantic. Our tour guide was David & he was awesome. When we got on the boat he asked us where we wanted to go. We left it up to him. Adrian was our boat driver. We were out on the water for 3.5 hours and it seemed like only a few minutes. Since I am a land creature I opted not to get in the water when we pulled up to the world's smallest natural beach. On the way back inland we were able to catch multiple fireworks displays. If I return to Puerto Vallarta I will definitely use Jet's Private Boat Tour. Oh, btw, our rental was completely handled weeks before we arrived in PV. They book up fast. read more

I was excited to go snorkeling with my 9 yr old daughter now that she was a good enough swimmer. We booked an excursion with Jet's Private Boat Tour. I found them thru an internet search and had no personal recommendation so my expectations were pretty limited. We arrived at the pier to find Jet himself waiting for us. We had a private boat just for us. Jet was very personable and informative and was a great guide pointing out areas of interest and giving us a bit of history along the way. We snorkeled at Los Arcos and Jet snorkeled with us and dove down to pick up creatures of interest to show my daughter. We got to explore for a bit before we headed over to a great quiet little beach for a late breakfast and drinks. There was a sleepy town behind this beach and he took on us a tour of the town and we went horseback riding up the trails to find a hidden waterfall. It was really a beautiful perfect day and Jet did everything to make it top notch. Later that evening, he sent us all the pics and go pro videos he had taken at no extra charge. I will definitely be booking again with Jet when I head back to PV! read more

I went on the trip yesterday. Daniel, Henry, Rashid and tigar were all so accommodating. Henry had so much energy you could not help but smile and dance with him. Had an absolute blast with Nacho as our tour guide for a trip down to Yelapa! Nacho took us to a number of sites on the way to the town, including some cliff jumping spots, and a very relaxing snorkeling area. We were never made to feel rushed and the tour really felt like it was our own to guide at whatever speed we would like. My husband and I had a great and private trip to Yelapa this week with Our wonderful and very cute guide Ignacio. And driving our lancha was our skilled skipper Adrian. We are in our 60s and my husband has some mobility issues. The guys were really helpful and accommodating for him, helping him in and out of the lancha at Los Muertos pier and at the beach. Ignacio provided wonderful facts and information about the area for the entire trip. We had a nice lunch and cocktails at Yelapa and then an exciting ride to return. Our group of three had a relaxing day aboard the 40 ft Sea Ray. The open bow was a real treat - allowing us to luxuriate in the sun and breeze and take in the sights. It was great being able to stream our music through the boat's Bluetooth. The boat crew was skilled and ensured we were safe, comfortable, and felt well taken care of with cocktails. We took a slow trip down the coast, stopping to snorkel at Los Arcos and pulling up into one of the caves for a photo! We snorkeled again near Majahuitas before anchoring off Majahuitas and swimming to shore for lunch and cocktails at the beach club (separate charges). On the cruise back to Los Muertos pier, we saw several sea turtles off the boat. Our guide, Andrés, was a true delight!
