With the boat tours they tell you exactly when to show up. The computers have all your details and if there's a problem or if you have questions, they help you and are very professional about it. Your ticket is clear- which boat number and trip you're on. They make announcements ahead of time and it's in an orderly fashion. Once on the boat, it's party time. They have different styles of boats depending on your trip but they all are clean and operated by professionals. I'm saying this a lot because when safety matters, you want to know that people are trained for their jobs. We had a highly skilled captain, very entertaining and informative tour guide and many helpful deckhands. We snorkeled (clean equipment), bird watched, saw many whales, sea turtles and went to a secluded beach. All food and drinks provided were tasty and abundant. We arrived back at port safely and highly enjoyed our excursion. If we had more time, we would have done more.

Our swim was VERY interactive and hands-on and they spent a lot of time explaining dolphin behavior. My dolphin's name was Paco, a 7-year-old male. My girlfriend's dolphin's name was Shany, she was a 30 year old female. The trainers we had were absolutely AMAZING!!! For an additional $30 we were also able to book a swim with the sea lions. The entire staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. We had such a great experience with the dolphin swim that before we left we booked our next adventure to Rhythms of the Night. This was yet another fantastic experience. The boat ride there and back were both a complete blast. Dinner on the island was more than we expected. The show itself blew us away. We will definitely be booking with them when we return to Puerto Vallarta!

I called twice to confirm pick up location as we booked through CC and it automatically defaulted to other location. The women stated she didn't care what they confirmed they had it at other location. They did not call when we did not show up and didn't seem to care because they already got the money. Initially she claimed it would take 2 hours to get another boat but then magically was able to get one there in an hour after we finally contacted them which was 2 hours past the scheduled time. They provided a "future credit" for two people for a group tour as "compensation". The women was very rude on the phone. I asked her to speak to the gentlemen's who I spoke to the previous day and she indicated he was not in. Be aware when booking and document everything. In addition, the captain did not walk us out of the dock which was required to be let out. Another captain had to open gate. While their reply states they did not have our information. It is able to be seen I had two conversations directly with them and attached the photos showing their number.

They checked in with us frequently to see if we were OK. We caught skipjack, which they prepared as fresh ceviche for us. The snorkeling was at Los Arcos and even though it had rained heavily the night before, we saw incredible fish and eels! There was a photographer on board to document our trip (not part of the base fee) and everyone was super friendly. Be prepared to tip the crew at the end. We were not better prepared and while we left a tip, it could have been better. Highly recommend! We will book in the future!

We took a beautiful boat ride to a secluded location, had wonderful food, and absolutely all the drinks you could possibly want. All for a very reasonable price, better than anything our cruise line offered. The people were all awesome. They all wore shirts that said "I my job!" And it felt like they actually did. It was like a bunch of friends invited you to a really awesome party. The place we stopped at had it all. Beautiful pool. Large hot tub. Great snorkeling. Paddle boards if you wanted. A great hike to a lovely waterfall. And if you just wanted to soak up the sun, they had really comfy loungers. On the way back, we were all feeling great and most of us started dancing. We all probably looked silly but were having way too much fun too care. Next time in Puerto Vallarta we are absolutely booking these folks again. Thank you for an amazing time for both my wife and me. Chico Locca is the best.

The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming from the start. Fair warning: the drinks start flowing around 9am, so pace yourself and bring lots of sunscreen -- the sun + cocktails add up quickly. The booze selection is pretty generic, but plentiful, and the snacks along the way are appreciated. The fajita lunch was solid and hit the spot after a morning on the water. Shoutout to Ricky Ricardo, truly the hostess with the mostest -- high energy, fun, and kept the vibe going all day. Luis was also fantastic, constantly checking in and somehow remembering everyone's names, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. They even slowed the boat down so we could watch whales, which was a highlight, and having a photographer on board was a nice touch to capture the day. The music on the ride home was a little outdated, but honestly... it just turned into a dance party anyway -- especially once the tequila shots started making the rounds. All in all, a great excursion with a fun crowd, attentive staff, and memorable moments. Easy 4 stars and a solid choice if you're looking for a lively day trip while in Puerto Vallarta.

It was plainly obvious to me that everyone working for them genuinely enjoys their job, and that spirit effused itself into the whole group. The tour starts at the local port, which was easy enough to navigate. Anyone leaving via the port has to pay a simple 4 pesos charge as you are technically leaving the country for awhile and have to be re-screened when you re-enter. Buying this, and the security process on both ends was quick and without issue. They give you a quick orientation, and advise you on what you'll need to have a good day. This same information is in the emails sent to you prior, so none of it is a surprise. If you choose, there are places to buy reef-safe sunscreen, hats, and other items like cell-phone bags for underwater use in the waiting area. Once you get on the boat, it's just a constant party, and our group loved it. Tropical drinks and cervezas flowed endlessly, fresh fruit, energetic music played, and the crew kept you hyped the entire time. The boat ride itself was smooth to all stops, and the wind was refreshing in this tropical paradise. Out first stop was snorkeling on the reef in the Marietas. While this reef is long since sun bleached and fairly devoid of color thanks to climate change and increasing water temperatures world-wide, there is still a fair amount of marine life to see. The guides were helpful and safety conscious but not intrusive. They called people over if they spotted any rare sights. It was enjoyable but not breathtaking. The next stop was a beach party. Swimming, drinks, buffet, waterfalls, and lots of wildlife. Macaus were everywhere. The water was beautiful and clear. The food was absolutely delicious, and much appreciated after the activities. Again, no problem getting a drink, staff eager to serve. The ride back was the biggest surprise, in what could easily be a let down moment, the crew put on basically an 80s and 90s hits lip sync performance and show, complete with costume changes. Super engaging, hilarious, and really... a genius way to earn some more tips and keep a simple ride-back more fun. All and all, would book with this company again if and when I return to Puerto Vallarta.

As the sun dips below the horizon, you're carried toward a secluded paradise accessible only by boat--an untouched stretch of coastline where the evening's magic quietly awaits. Upon arrival, the experience shifts into something almost ceremonial. Guests are welcomed with warmth and intention, guided along torch-lit pathways that wind through lush jungle surroundings. The soft glow of candles, the rhythmic sounds of nature, and the gentle hospitality create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and sacred--a beautiful nod to the region's cultural roots and reverence for the land. The staging--set against the jungle and illuminated by firelight and subtle theatrical effects--creates a dreamlike atmosphere where the boundaries between nature and performance dissolve. It's not just a show; it's a deeply sensory and emotional experience that evokes wonder, reflection, and awe. After the final act, the evening gently transitions into a more relaxed celebration. Guests have time to take in the ambiance before boarding the boat once more, where the return journey becomes its own joyful finale--complete with music, dancing, and a nightcap under the stars as the coastline of Puerto Vallarta slowly reappears in the distance. From the welcoming ceremony to the final moments on the water, every detail is intentional and beautifully orchestrated. Rhythms of the Night is more than an excursion--it's a cultural and artistic immersion that lingers with you long after the night ends. For anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta, this is an absolute must-do experience that speaks to the soul as much as it delights the senses.
