They did an excellent job with my car and were very detailed oriented. The last few car washes I've been to never did a complete job so I was very happy with the results. Don't ever take your car here. This is a fair warning. I took my truck here and I was over charged for a simple wax and wash $100. The entire place is sketchy including ownership. Very friendly staff, I went early Sunday morning and there was no wait. I'm going to assume the gentleman I was speaking with is the owner and he was very chill haha struck up a non-invasive and easy conversation with me while I waited. I think it took about 30-40 minutes? It was real quick and it was great! I'm not sure what the average prices are around town but compared to what I used to pay and waited at least an hour to complete due to overcrowding, I thought this place was awesome. I had taken both my cars here a few time and got a basic wash, which was OK The last time, I made a huge mistake and I decided to try the hand wax. Total waste of money. I sat and watch the guy apply spray wax to the back and only the back of my vehicle. When I questioned the fact that he didn't apply wax on any other areas, he insisted that he applied wax to the whole vehicle, even thou he say me sitting there watching him the whole time. Considering he looked in my face and lied with no hesitation, I felt the best thing to do was to write it off as a loss and a lesson learn, rather than make it an issues out of his blatant lie. To make matters worse, on my home I saw that the front windshield was smeared and when I got home, I notice water spot on my rims. Came here because I saw the reviews. Pulled up and I was greeted immediately. Gentleman was nice. I just wanted just a wash and vacuum service. I was quoted $45 I'm guessing it's extra because I have an SUV. The owner then came out and convinced me to get a detail done as well. $85 is their regular price but he said since it's my first time there he'd give me a deal of $65. So I agreed to it because the inside of my car needed a good wipe down and detail from my little ones making a mess in the back seat. It took about an hour. The wash came out good. However I was really disappointed with the inside of my car because it didn't look like the dash was wiped good there were still finger prints and dust in some areas and the inside of my cup holders were dirty still. So I'm thinking why did I pay extra for a detail?? And I even gave a good tip before leaving. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

I picked this place because the prices listed were fair and the reviews were good. I showed up and they were able to take me in right away. Great! The guy was kind and the job was quick. Immediately he quoted me $85 because I have a bigger car and it was covered in dirt/ was pretty dirty. I hesitated, not expecting that much, he was kind enough to give me the sedan price ($10 off) and PROMISED it would look like it came from the dealer. I excepted. There was only outdoor waiting and it was very cold, so I waited in the market next store. No big deal. I tipped at the end, got in the car and drove off. Honestly, not a bad experience. It wasn't until I got home and took a look at my car that I realized they missed so many things. Honestly, yes, my car was dirty. But that's why I spend near $90. I could've done this myself with a drive through wash, vacuum and oiled up rag. They missed the rearview mirror there's a giant box on my front mirror that weren't there when I got there they missed the back window. They missed my ginormous sunroof. They didn't wipe the backseat area very well. They didn't wipe the side of the front seats. They didn't even look at the trunk. I would expect the car to look like this with a cheap service not the extra service that I paid for because my car was dirty. I can tell they took an oil rag and wipe everything to make it shiny but did not wipe the areas that might've needed a tiny bit of elbow grease. I licked my finger and rubbed it on some of these things, and they came off right away. I really expected a better job because the man really talked it up and over promised then undelivered. At the end of the day I appreciate all that they did. I just expected more for the price and I would not come back or recommend. read more

Lucky us! This afternoon, me and my dusty car happened upon this wonderful family-owned business. Greeted immediately with a huge smile and thumbs up from the fabulous "Just call me Sol." No over-selling, just a promise that he and his staff would take excellent care of my beautiful Vegas Bessie while I relaxed with complimentary cold water in their comfortable outdoor lounge. Took my newly wrapped 1 month old truck to get a basic exterior wash. The manager seemed friendly and professional and took my truck in right away to get started. He said that they used a special procedure to wash wrapped vehicles, and I sat while he proceeded to wash and dry my truck. When he said he was finished, I could notice from about twenty feet away that there were swirl marks and scratches in the black part of my wrap, as seen in the photos below. When I asked him what happened, he blamed it on the shop that did the wrap, saying that they didn't properly wash the vehicle before wrapping it. I knew he was lying because when I picked it up, it was perfect. I then called the owner and asked him to submit a claim to his Insurance company to fix the damage done to my vehicle. He promptly said no and that he wasn't responsible for it or any damage done to customer vehicles. He was very nasty and defensive and seemed to believe that he and his employees never made mistakes or did a poor job. So, this place scratched my car. The car is 2.5 weeks old and I work from home and have barely been anywhere. Prior to coming here, there weren't any scratches. I noticed 1 when they were done and mentioned it to the manager. I was basically told that it had to have been scratched before and I didn't see it. That's not true at all... Then a couple hours later, I finally saw the other two. Two seem superficial and 1 may be a little deeper. I don't know if the folks who dried it had on rings or if their cloths were dirty, but I'll be washing my car by myself from now on. Very good hospitality and the guy who welcomes you is very respectful and courteous I do recommend this place but not for the $75 express wash while it was good the other alternative is the $150 wash they had. For $75 I would think the wash would be more thorough also not rating it 5 stars due to the fact they damaged my paint. I'm assuming they use a high pressured hose so be careful. read more

Decided to try the Super Deluxe package here, and were very pleased with our first experience. Fairly easy to find, as you can see the sign on Basic while heading south on Boulder Hwy. We watched as two spotless and shiny cars left their lot, so we continued on in. From the first appearance, it was nothing special. Just a 'renovated', or maybe repurposed is a better word, self-car wash with multiple stalls. We were guided to the front of the first stall, and they took the car from there. We opted for no air freshener, which does come with the package. Neither of us like that fake smelling stuff. They turned the car around behind the building, and proceeded to hand wash the car in the first stall. We sat in one of the stalls that had been turned into a waiting area. There was music playing, nice chairs for us and even two live plants. They had put up a nice wood fence to close in the back of the stall as well. It was nicely done. Two guys worked on detailing the car, and were done fairly quickly. They were very friendly, and seemed to really care about the car. We paid with a card, and they use the device 'The Square' to take payment. We had trouble with our first card, so we used a newer card. After a bit of trouble with that one as well, it was accepted. My life is spent in 18 hour days going back and forth to work and the kids' school, cleaning the house, cooking meals and spending any spare time trying to rest for longer then 5 minutes. I dropped my car off hoping for a decently clean car but when I picked it up I was ASTOUNDED at how amazing it looked. The cup holders were clean of the endless coffee I drink, the consoles cleaned from the numerous snacks going to and from school, the floor vacuumed and scrubbed of all the scuffs and kids scraps of who knows what. So happy these people were apolygenic for their attitudes they offer me some Discount & a free month but do they really no. Update below I wish i didn't come here. I called 4 times prior to me coming only once someone answered and i asked for the pricing he told me to look online and hung up. I never got a chance to say i was driving and i wasn't able to look online he just said bye then dial tone. When i arrived the guy seemed nice he said i needed it to be detailed because it was a mess, which it is. However, it's over $100 so I'm like no thank you. The guy continues to talk me into it saying he will make the car look brand new. He looked over at the car next to mine and said " your car will look like that " and the car was very nice. Very polished. I said screw it. If you can make it look new then go ahead. I'll come out the pocket it's worth it. Haha! Boy was i mistaken! They rushed the hell out of my car when i say rushed i wasn't even able to finish an episode of a TV show before they called me and said it was done. I get it. It's the end of the day on Sunday y'all wana get home to y'all family buy i just paid $100 and I'm not satisfied. Like if y'all gone talk people into getting some work done at least let the work speak for y'all. It's horrible. The inside was okay but still wasn't perfect. I am amused by this work. One of the guys who worked there admitted to it being rushed and i should ask for a discount i felt really weird being the only girl just by myself so i didn't want to ask for a discount but now the more i look at my car and how much money i spent I'm not satisfied and i wish i had spoken up. I pointed out a few places for them to go over and they did it ( with hesitation ) and it STILL wasn't clean. There are still bugs on my car. There are still sticky parts on my car and I'm just honestly annoyed. I want you guys to finish the job you started and i can bring it back tomorrow because this is pitiful. There was only about 2 guys who were kind of nice but the rest just seemed like they have an attitude. Ike please $100 is expensive especially when you didn't plan on spending it. When my girlfriend went up there to get a refund we were pretty much refused a refund but the manager, Sal or Saul said he would take care of my car and make it look brand new because the first time other people were rushing but he wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. I let her finish it and he went the extra mile! It looked exactly how i wanted it to look. He didn't put any kind of smell good or anything in it either times but it was NICE! Now that is something i am proud of and happy about. I will only give 3 stars because it still doesn't change how people talked to me and the rudeness and how i had to come back a different day. I don't know if I'll come back but if i do it will only be to a manager. Thanks for giving me a discounted price but just make sure next time you can actually do the job right the first time.
