Definitely still one of my favorite car wash spots in Vegas. And they have definitely updated some things since the last time that I reviewed this spot. Came here about a week ago to wash my very dirty car because it had been a while, and it kept looking overcast but I finally bit the bullet. First of all, you use the vacuums for free. They've updated them to make ones that are also flat and easier to use with your car mats, which I definitely appreciate that. I typically will vacuum first and then take my car through the wash. They have an annual membership, but I just usually get the middle upgraded one and it works well. Always comes with a car freshener and wipe for your dashboard. They always have a staff member there to help you out as well and guide you in so you don't wreck your car, too. After going through the wash, you can pull back into the vacuum area and they now have complimentary towels that you can use to wipe down your car! I love that update. And when you're done using them, you just throw them in the dirty towel bin. So nice that they include that now as it used to be an upgrade to get the towel. Definitely love this car wash spot. But, I can run it through as much as I want so I guess that's the caveat with having a membership: I feel like the dryers at the end are not adequate and the old ones were much better. Loved it!!! When I went there were 3 lovely woc holdin it down and it was refreshing to see. I had the offer to try the top tier wash and it didn't disappoint! There was always a steady stream of people but never any lines/wait/congestion. The car looked like we had toddlers and a zoo. So much cat hair and crumbs I'm embarrassed! To be fair the dealership washed it the last few times I just think they failed on doing a thorough job of vacuuming. Thankfully this vacuums have excellent suction. Super dope that they provide moist towels that have microfiber properties. That helped me A LOT! They even have a clean bathroom! So nice to be able to wash my hands after. The only thing I'm used to that wasn't present was the air blower but I suppose the towels made up for it. I'm sorry others experiences fell short but I went on a Saturday, it was fab, everyone was kind, the little air freshener was cute even if it didn't smell like strawberries lol. I went to this car wash based off the Google Reviews. They were highly recommended. I wish I would've check Yelp before hand because other ppl have had similar experiences. I got the "Dash Bath" which includes everything in the "Dash Splash" plus tri-color polish, total body protect, and dash lava. Honestly, it's as if I didn't even take it for a wash. This is a relatively new car wash in the henderson area and after so long not washing my poor vehicle I tried the first one paying at the drive up and my car came out looking almost brand new. It's a drive in tunnel wash that can be as many times as you can with a monthly "pass". I take mine twice a week when I can. The value is pretty good compared to other "detailers" who can charge anywhere from $100 and up. This is a self service wash but they provide everything for you, vacums. Drying cloths, etc I would reccomend this for people who dont want to spend a fortune but want a clean car. read more

Other drive-thru car washes often require a lot of manual drying time. Not here! Their blowers dry your car well. They offer various plans for more frequent car washes. Found out that Dash took over the car wash near my home. Today I tried it and I can see that some upgrades were put in. Having the air fun there is such a nice upgrade. I asked Noah about the upgrades, and he was very helpful. Today was their official first day. They are migrating the pervious car wash accounts over to their system. They have added a license reader, so your account pulls up easy. I can tell the brushes and product used on cars has been upgraded. Overall, very nice upgrades. They are still finishing up the final touches. One person was not happy about the tire shine that they use. If you get tire shine, you need to let it dry before you drive off or it will be all over your car. The manager was very nice and helpful. The whole crew in fact was nice and helpful! I hope they keep up the standards. I am a member of the wash club which pays for itself. I have a very large truck, and I visit the wash 3 to 4 times a month. Well worth it in my opinion. read more

This is the second time I've taken one of our cars through this car wash and just on the driver side tire shine is squirted on my tires, which then slings it all over the side of the car and it takes forever to get that crap off my car I'm not paying for a car wash service That then makes me have to clean up a bunch of greasy tire shine off the side of my car. Worse than that is every time I call the phone is busy like they keep the phone off the hook. I've emailed them through their website with no replies. 2nd time coming and both times had a great experience. The attendants helped direct me into the car wash and were super friendly! Today I was in and out in no time. I purchased the $8 express wash. It came with a dash wipe and a free air freshener that actually smells nice and fresh! My vehicle is nice and clean with no water spots. Can't beat that price! After driving through the car wash they provide free vacuum spots to pull into so you can towel dry your vehicle and vacuum it. They charge extra for a microfiber hand towel, but I always keep one in my trunk so I was prepared today. I will definitely continue to come here when on that side of town for sure and would definitely recommend friends and relatives. read more

This is my favorite car wash to go to. It's brand new and everything is super clean and up to date. I love that they maintain this facility well and it's modern. They offer monthly memberships which is helpful and cost effective if you wash your car at least twice a month. I usually come once a month as the crazy Vegas weather is always beating my car up with the strong winds, dust, random rain, and dry heat. I stick to just the lowest or second to lowest price option for my car wash. Based on your selection they'll give you a microfiber towel, dashboard wipes, and their branded air freshener. After going through the tunnel, drive into one of the stalls where there's vacuums on both sides with trash cans. The vacuums are free and they're very very strong which is amazing to get all those little things sucked up and out of my car. I've had no problems here except for the occasional times they close it and block the entrance with orange cones. read more

UPDATED! ThIs place continues to go downhill. Raise prices, sure, why not?...lower your standards and quality, unacceptable! AMENITIES: there are none here. They removed the car mat cleaning machine and the vending machine to purchase detailing/cleaning items. There is a mud sink...for whatever that would be needed for. BROKEN AREAS: This place has about 60% of their vacuums in working order, and that's being generous. Many of parking stalls are flat out MISSING VACCUMS, or the vacuums that are present are not in working order on either side of the stall, passenger or driver. When the car wash is busy, it's a game of "musical stalls" to find one that has a vacuum you can use (and paid for). Moreover, if they work, the vacuum strength is at about 50% or lower so they basically don't work well. This has been an ongoing problem for almost a year or more. They have not replaced the missing vacuum hoses. The kiosks to purchase a wash are constantly "breaking" or not in order, making 1 out of 3 kiosks available for use, at any given time. The actual car wash is CLOSED during normal, posted hours of operation, randomly. Numerous times, I and others have been greeted with a closed sign and cones blocking the entrnace. No reason given. Just random. PRICES: as you can in my previous review below, prices have steadily increased since the location opened (3 years ago). The basic car wash package went from $3 to $5 and is now $8. Same subpar car wash at a higher price. Other local car washes have not shown such price inflation, so not sure why this one has. If $8 is required to wash my car and possibly not be able to vacuum the interior, I can take my money elsewhere to the million different car washes around the valley. Faithful customer of this local car wash since it opened (roughly 2 years). Offered a decent, drive thru wash at affordable prices ($3-$15) After just a year of being open, $3 touch-up wash went from $3 to $3.99 (%33 increase) with the HUGE $3 sign remaining on the front of the building. This car wash is literally known as the "$3 car wash" and not Ultra Clean Express. The sign remained for almost a year despite the price hike of 33%. Bait-and-switch, anyone? As if matters couldn't get worse, recently the sign changes from $3 to 3-MINUTE (comedy, at its best) and the 3 DOLLAR wash also goes UP TO FIVE DOLLARS! As a neighbor, we frequented this wash almost every other week and we've timed the wash...it is NOT 3 minutes long. More bait-and-switch, right? Speaking of price hikes, every wash package has increased; $3 now $5, $6.99 now $8, $9.99 now $15, and the top tier package is $20. Mind you, at $5, this drive thru, DIY car wash is still a deal but it's barely a squirt of watered down soap and a dryer that results in your hand drying your car anyway at the en This place has been open 2 years, at the most. I went here with great expectations as I had been visiting the old one Dash replaced since it had opened.I felt my car was getting beat up in the wash as I believe it's not cloth that cleans the car but hard plastic bristles that ultimately ruin the finish.After I drove out and over to the vacuums I got out to realize the machine threw grease down the driver side of my car.I tried to tell the help what happened so one of them would take a look at it but they showed no intetest.I wiped it all off and decided never to come back.So disappointed. read more

It took me 20 minutes to get to thru the check in process. They have three lanes two of which are dedicated to members. Problem is they have one lane to enter and members have to wait for cash paying customers anyway. The car wash was mediocre considering the price. Much better with the old company. read more

Perhaps customer service would be nice. If you need to speak to the manager, they ask for your information so that he could call back but never does. Can't get a problem resolved, especially having to do with membership. When you sign up for membership they don't tell you that you have to cancel 5 days prior to the expiration date, instead they say you can cancel anytime. So I did cancel 2 days before expiration date and they charged me for another month without refunding me, of course I cannot speak to the manager because he never gets back to me. How unprofessional. Just went to this car wash 11281 S Eastern Henderson, NV 89052 around 6:30pm 5/27/25. There are no signs starring to stop as we slowly approached. Didn't get the employees name who claimed to be the manager. Came out screaming to stop while he shook his head throwing his hands up. After I went through I wanted to see if there was a sign I missed and the "manager" said it magically disappeared and someone hit it 13 minutes ago. He became super confrontation while I was stating there's no signs so no reason far his attitude. He started getting even louder kept saying he should have just refused service when I first pulled up which makes no sense. I don't know who would let someone like that be a manager but he should learn to set an example and take blame for his missing signage and no need for the attitude right off the bat. After I left back to my car to vacuum it he made sure to walk out the door with his other associate to laugh and point in the most dramatic unprofessional way possible. I had a bad experience at this car wash. It was my first time here and compared to my usual car wash that rhymes with cow, it left me disappointed. Firstly, the attendant who helps you stay in the track...he did not steer me correctly or at all so apparently I went over the plastic and he YELLS at me "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!" I responded "you weren't helping me" I could tell he was a lazy guy who didn't give a crap about his job. He says he's going to get the manager and at that point I freaked out cause I thought my car was busted or something! But the other guy comes out and helps me get back in the track and reassures me that everything looks good with my rim. I continue on and the car wash seems to have done its job. I go to vacuum my car and they have good suction, I like it. Only thing it was the evening and it was dark and it was a little scary for me. Having your back facing, seems like a bad guy could come up and rob you or something. I don't know I didn't feel good about it so I hurried up my vacuuming and left. There was soap on my car and in the door panel and also the car was quite wet. I give this place a 5 out of 10. Customer service was poor, who wants to be yelled at! Soap on the car and still wet will leave spots. Scary at night....too dark. I don't think I will come back....sorry! read more

I specifically said I want them to watch the rims because on tesla the rims stick out further than the tire. The guy told me we will watch it. As I go in the guy is not even looking at the track he's telling me to keep coming straight and looking side to side and then looking down randomly telling me to keep going forward. My rim is now curbed in the back. :( it's not worth the membership to have curved rims. If you have a Tesla be careful driving through on track car washes unless you don't care if they get curbed. They don't pay attention driving through and it says they are not responsible for that reason. read more

Not bad, just lots of price increases. Started as $3 for a minimum express wash, now it's $5. Two star knock because the display screens are scratched and virtually unreadable. Lots of prompts to get "extra services." In the mix, and unable to read the scratched screen, I ended up getting an expensive was that I did not intend. Also, the blower/dryer is oriented so it always rips open my gas door. read more

I stopped into Ultra Clean Car wash a few weeks back because my car was filthy and I was desperate for a cleaning. This is on my way home from work so I figured..why not! I pulled up to the kiosk in my little car and had a hard time reaching the screen (I'm also short, so double trouble). I somehow managed to purchase a monthly membership instead of one wash. Woops. The attendant came over to talk to me before I got into the wash and offered to reverse it if I wanted, but I decided to just keep it for the summer. Having the monthly membership is definitely nice here during Monsoon season. The line always moves really quickly and efficiently and my car comes out pretty decently clean. Definitely not perfect, but for what it is it is just fine. I actually haven't used the vacuums yet, but it's definitely nice that they have them there. read more

I pulled up to get a car wash and this guy named Nick was standing at the terminal. Pretty much standing over the terminal trying to tell me how to do it correctly. I've been coming to this car wash since it first opened. I think I know how to use the terminal. I asked him twice very politely to please leave me alone and leave the terminal. He became very rude and said this is where he's staying and I have nothing to say about it. I then go down to the actual car wash and ask for a supervisor, he trots his way down and tells me that he's the supervisor and I am now banned from the property. I come back a few days later. Speak with Christina the manager and I tell her what happened and she asked me if an apology from Nick would suffice. I said it would be fine. Nick comes out, trying to justify him standing there and then I still have no choice but to have him hover over my window while I use my credit card for transactions. In my opinion, it is simple customer service that if somebody ask you to stop hovering over the window of their vehicle to take a 20 second walk somewhere else while they finish up their Business. But this Nick has some kind of imaginary power trip where he believes he doesn't have to do what the customer asks. read more
