messed up my truck scratched off the clear coat on the roof of my truck and tore off the the hood panel and side panels.

They charge $4 for 7 minutes for a self-service car wash, but it ended up costing me $10 for 5 minutes. These people are thieves and this is one place I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I was looking for a self-service car wash around the Anthem area because my car wasn't that dirty and I didn't think I needed to spend $20 for a full-service car wash and I found Oasis about a half block off Eastern. I used my credit card and started washing my car. When I was done washing and rinsing I turned the knob to stop but the timer kept running. I fumbled around with it, at least 3 minutes went by, and I could not figure out how to turn it off. Finally, after searching over the unit, I read that I needed to push the "Green" button to end. The button was not green, it seemed that the light for the button had burned out, so I pushed it and it did stop the timer. I was a little annoyed and I thought it would have been easier and cheaper to have gone to the full service in the first place. A couple of days later I checked my credit card bill and saw the Oasis charge for $14. I didn't think that it was worth my time to contact Oasis to see what could be done but I did call them and left a message on what had transpired. Within a day the owner (Dave) called me twice to remedy the problem. I went through what had happened and he said he could refund part of the charge through my credit card or drop by anytime and he would refund me with cash or tokens. He said that refunding the card would be more of an ordeal for him so I told him tokens or cash would be fine and that I'd drop by Oasis when I was in the area. Don't use your credit card here! I was ripped off, charged $26 for a 4 minute, SELF SERVE CAR WASH! No attendant was there. I washed it myself. Didn't see any option to get a receipt. I just drove away and later my card showed a $26 fee. I tried to get a refund but couldn't without a receipt. The manager was an ass and wouldn't help. read more

Update 1/4: updating my rating to 4 stars as this visit was perfect. The lines seemed like it had extra soap and I hope every visit in the future will be like this. Will update again in the future and possibly change the rating to 5 stars if the services are as advertised. Been coming here for a while, love this place because of self serve toughness wash. Starting a few months ago I've been running into lines with barely any or no soap at all. Now my most recent visit, I had to swipe my card at 4 bays to see if any had soap and none of them had soap. I love what this wash offers but you all can see the similar complaints from other people. If this issue changes I'll gladly change my rating but I doubt the owner will do anything about it or they would have already. I'm going to try one more time in the future and if I run into the same issue I'll have to unfortunately find a different wash. read more

While driving through the blow dryer half of the car dries and the other half not at all. There's water stains on half and I need to get it cleaned again. Hector was great. I have been coming here for over a decade & the touch-free automatic drive-thru is awesome. I love the rainbow colored soap that sprays the car down. So pretty. All of the employees & owner are very nice & quick. They take pride in the business that's probably why they've been around so long. I only use the automatic wash on the very end. It's very open & airy feeling so I don't feel claustrophobic lol. Please remember to tip them cause they work hard. I do the $13.99 touch-free wash so after tipping it's a good deal. This is truly the worst car wash in the valley. Half of the knobs do not work so you can't properly clean your car. The coin exchange was locked and unavailable and the vending machine can't offer you quarters because it's card only. The card readers also only work on half of the pumps. Both dryers are broken and the cash inserts do not work. You must use coins that you hopefully brought yourself because their coin exchange is unavailable. There were also no employees there to ask any questions or receive any help. Anybody with a shred of self respect would stay extremely far away. read more

Guys working here used to be great and friendly. New tall guy with beard and big hat has a seriously bad attitude. Hand drying is included with all washes but last three times I've had to leave and dry car myself since he just completely ignores you and takes care of other cars that got there after me. When I talked to him about it he said he's very busy, gave no timeline and said you can go to another car wash. You know how you can tell when someone is a jerk after talking to them just a bit. So I needed to get my car washed, but wanted to avoid the upsell and insistent "chip repair" from another car wash stop. I used to go to these do it yourself car wash before, but because sometimes the machines are hit and misses I haven't checked one out lately. I have driven by this location before so I decided to give it a try since the weather has been cooler and I was comfortable it was still daylight out. The location is behind a busy strip mall, so I had to keep an eye out for speeding cars darting out of the corner. There are change making machines that concert convert paper money and credit into tokens which you can use in either the vacuum area or the self wash bays. There was an automated wash hub too, but I decided to go old fashion and wash with the hose and brush. Cost for the self serve was is $3 and was very easy to use. There were clear directions mounted on the wall so when you finish paying the $3 you can hear the hose turn on and you could just follow what order the whole process goes in. So the first part would be rinse, then soap, etc. The machine also counts down from I think 5 minutes which may not seem enough, but I was surprised how much I got done by the time the counter stop. If the vehicle was dirtier I would have gone another round. All the different stages of the wash had functional soap, clean water, wax, and spot free rinse so that was a big plus for me. I then pulled up to the vacuum bay which was $2 for several minutes and it was efficient with a long hose to reach the nook and crannies of the car. There is a big trash bin in between the vacuum areas to discard whatever randomness accumulated in my car too big for the vacuum to take care of. Also, for another $2 you can use the handheld air dryer for 2 minutes ($4 for 4 minutes, etc.) I decided to try it out even though I had some microfiber towels in hand. It was ok. Not powerful enough though. The nozzle was really narrow so it did not cover a large surface area. Not sure what part of the car it would be really useful drying. The place was pretty busy. Lots of different vehicles doing a quick wash or vacuum. Some people taking their time to do a really good job, had their radio going, which was cool. There is a rule posted, " No Loud Music" which was well observed. Over all, this place is a pretty chill spot to wash your own car. The prices are decent and the equipment works. I probably wouldn't go at night as I think it could use better lighting as it gets dark. Would use again. read more

Dropped off my car while I was at work so there was no rush to get my car back to me. Went to pick up the car after I got a notification that my car was ready. There where water marks on the drivers window I asked to get them cleaned and she did. She was very nice. I got in my car and drive back to work around 430 , now at this time they are closed. My center Console is still dirty like I left it when I dropped it off. This was my first time dropping my car off and I won't be going back. The car wash bays are great if you want a touchless wash. They take card too which is very convenient. The only downfall is that only the wash bays take card. The air dryers and vacuums take cash only which is weird. I washed my car and ended up not having cash on me thinking the vacuums and dryers took card. Not sure why this place has only 3.5 stars. The car wash is great. The self serve bays work with no issues as well as the 2 automatic machines. They recently added a soft touch Ryko Machine in the first bay and in the 2nd bay they still have the touchless machine. I usually use the self service bays but today I decided to be lazy and use the touchless machine. I purchased the $16 Wash which did an excellent job. I just wish they would keep the dryer on when exiting as the system itself moves to fast when dying off my car. But overall this place never fails. read more

When I was there recently, they had put their second updated and new car wash together, sadly it has those things that slap up against your car. This isn't a straight forward full service or do-it-yourself car wash, but more like a 3 in one business model. For the cost conscious, you can pull up to 1 of the compartments and wash your own car. For those who don't want to have to scrub & hose off their car in the vegas heat there's the drive-thru machine wash option. Then there is the full service option where you don't have to do a damn thing except pay for the wash, albeit somewhat pricey...$30 for my crv. I don't care enough about the car to pay $30 (plus tips) for a wash. And It was too damn hot for me to wash the car myself so I chose the drive-thru option. I paid $11 for the Wizard deluxe. Surprisingly the machine did a pretty good job. I paid $2.00 to vacuum it afterwards and my car was clean & shining. read more

Well, i thought they would do a good job, removing the bug splatter from the front and back of my car since the guy came out to scrub it down. It's a shame. I go to this self serve wash often and I'll pay $30 to wash my car here myself as I am just glad to wash my car under the shade of a covered bay. Even the drying area is covered from the sun. I also take it to his mobile location at the Lifetime Fitness near Green Valley Ranch. They usually provide reasonable service for their washes. NOW FOR THE BAD PART OF THIS REVIEW. I took my car to the Lifetime Fitness location. My car just had the rear bumper painted. I asked them not to scrub it and to be very careful with it when washing it. THEY DID NOT HEED THESE DIRECTIONS. When I came back out from my workout at the gym I went through and paid for the wash and the guy even asked me if it looks good. I saw the car from afar and told them yes it looks great. HE MADE NO MENTION OF WHAT HAD HAPPENED! Not one thing about what I'm about to see. He was hoping I wouldn't see it! SHADY!! He acted as if everything was normal. This is the part that irks me. So I finish paying and even give them a hefty tip. When I walk to my car I can clearly see my bumper had what looked like a cloudy streak on the bumper. At first I thought it was just dirt or maybe the sun was reflecting off of some metal near by. But after a closer inspection you can clearly see the BRUSH MARKS FROM HEAVY SCRUBBING on the bumper of my car. The paint had been RUINED! I approached the gentlemen and we were very civil about the situation and they felt responsible. He even said he will give my info to the owner to see what he can do. I even let them keep my money and even the tip. So the owner David calls me. He's already on the defensive. Bad mouthing my painter. Saying that my painter should have told me not to get my car washed for at least 30 days. Saying everything under the sun instead of what he can do to fix this and keep a long time customer. David said he talked to what seemed like his "world renowned" painters and from what he said they seemed to have been up in arms about this whole ordeal that the painter gave me bad advice and should have been more instructive. Basically deflecting. I told Dave that my painter did give advice. He said be very careful with it if I do. Do not scrub it as the paint is still curing. These are the instructions I provided to Dave's washers but they did not care. This is exactly what I instructed the car washers to do. I asked Dave to at least throw out a free car wash out of good faith to keep my business and to just squash this. I don't mind paying my painter to have to redo my bumper because it was a bit risky to wash it in the first place. INSTEAD DAVID BEGAN PUTTING DOWN MY PAINTER AND PUTTING BLAME ON US. As a Business man, you want to retain customers. I know this from personal experience. I was never argumentative or disrespectful to Dave but he kept going on and deflecting blame. David is what i like to call.....a RPTR. Route blame. Pop smoke. Taunt and Run. There are people out there with no humility and empathy. People like that will lose out on more business in the long run from the people they've shut out and thrown aside. He may be successful (if he is) but he could be far more successful if his attitude would change. Yes, he is in the right but ultimately out of principle and to keep a long time customer, all he had to do was part with one free car wash like I'd ask to settle this. But instead I will let everybody know in the car community to go elsewhere. I know a lot of car clubs and have friends that will spread the word. He will lose far more than just a free wash. First time here and this place is amazing. Fantastic customer service, very friendly and courteous - offered me water too. My SUV was done in a timely manner (about an hour). It was spotless inside and out. Like ... unbelievably clean. He even cleaned out my daughter's car seat - or as I call it, the land where crackers and fruit snacks go to die and melt. No other car wash has ever even vacuumed the car seat for me without asking twice. So the fact that this was done proactively was noticed and made me really happy.
