Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again.
