BUYER BEWARE-FRAUDULENT AND DISHONEST This is a dishonest business that sells poor quality furniture and lies outright about their warranty's. I purchased a $3,000 Ashely sectional and all the cushions started to sink within 8 months. I called them about their warranty and they kept saying the person who handles the warranty replacement is not in, or on an extended vacation etc.. they played this out for over 5 months to the point where I was outside the one year purchase window and then claimed I was out of warranty. I have dated messages to prove I contacted them within the 1 year. They also screen calls, do not answer the phone and have a VM that isn't setup. I got a hold of Henry the owner finally and he says to me "what you gonna do, take us to court" shocked is an understatment . Just giving you the heads up I would have appreciated before throwing away my money at this place. Just don't understand how these people sleep at night knowing they rip honest, hardworking people off and have no ounce of decency or self respect to stand behind what they claim. read more

I do not recommend any one of color to visit this establishment. The Asian woman who is the sales floor attendant is racist and exhibits passive aggressive behavior to black female customers. I attempted to use my debit card and was subsequently asked for my id for a pin related transaction. When asked why I needed my identification for a PIN number card transaction no viable explanation was given. An email will be sent to the city complaint department. This is not the first time that the Asian individuals of this area have exhibited this racial aggression towards their customers of color. read more

The options were decent and friendly staff who aren't too into your business or constantly bombarding you, which is what we like. Some items are already sold but still out, so not everything you see if available, and if you bought it, people are touching it. Some items were a little banged up for dirty, like the children's tables and chairs. The prices seemed right, and much cheaper than Ashley. read more

2 stars and I'll explain why. Visited this store twice and the first time was not the greatest. Took the person so long to get us a price quote that we ended up leaving. The second time around is only because my husband really wanted to try and get the price for the couch we were interested in but instead found another couch that fit our budget better. The lady gave us the couch $100 and some change less than the quoted price including delivery. (One star) Day of delivery the time was set for between 11-2pm. The delivery truck came at 11:48 (second star). I was glad they didn't have me waiting around for them. The men were nice and set everything up for us BUT once everything was finished and set up and they left, we had a few dead friends on our floor. I'm not sure if they came from the truck or the factory where they hold the furniture but I'm not happy about the bugs we found. read more

I have bought many peices of furnitire over the years. They are super helpful, and no pressure. They have so many options, and fabrics too! I found a chair my husband liked, but he picked the worst material, luckily they found a perfect compromise! His orange chair, my shade of orange (thankfully not as neon as he picked) and fabric. this was very hard to decide. The prices are good (cheap), the quality........... yea.. I guess its one of those you get what you pay for type of things. I bought a 2k leather secional, had it for less than 6 months and the backing ripped. I came in to ask if it can be fixed, replaced, or if i can just buy that piece, they told me nope. I can bring it in and maybe they can fix it (which is a no), they can't order a new piece because they don't carry it anymore (i got the floor model), and they can't replace it (because theres no type of warranty with asian peeps). soo, the price isn't bad but the quality lacks. read more

I should have read reviews before buying any furniture from this store. Very poor quality , very cheap . Waste of money and terrible customer service. Sectional fell apart and the Cushions sunk in only after a few months. Paid $1200 for cheap broken piece of furniture. Called the store and the manager said it would be covered under warranty and I never heard from the manufacturer. The manager said he would replace it with another sofa for same price in the store, then at last minute wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee. Horrible customer service and horrible cheap broken furniture. Should be ashamed ripping off customers like that and Families with children. Overpriced cheaply made furniture. read more

I spent $1500 on a bedroom set and dining table from here Dec 18th which was delivered almost a week late, when they came to deliver it the table was damaged so they had to take it back, after they left I noticed my bedroom set wasn't put together correctly which they had to fix when they came back with the new table and now I'm noticing that the rhinestones on my drawer handles are falling off and I haven't had it a week yet. I know it's nothing my son could have done. He loved his new bed. I called and just keep getting the run around of call back and we don't know. All I asked for was to have someone come and screw them back on. I don't know how! this bed frame was already over priced and I think the least they can do was just come and screw it back on but NO! WORST PLACE EVER. Do NOT shop here. My husband and I have come to this furniture place often and they have a few pieces that we both like. Each time we went, they were very pleasant. Finally, I take my parents there to purchase a new sectional and we purchase a bedroom set for my 8 yrs old daughter. Dena, the employee who helped us, told us the couch would take 2 weeks. The bedroom set would take 1 month. She asked if we wanted to Scotch-Guard the couch, and we originally turned it down. But a few days later, we called to have the couh Scotch Guarded. Okay. 2 wks go by and no call. We call them and they say they'll call us when it comes. Finally a month later, we get it delivered at about 6 pm in a Saturday. So one of the delivery guys tells us: "I didn't have time to Scotch-Guard the couch at the warehouse, so I'm going to do it here." WHAT!? No you're not! Delivery Guy #1 says it will take 4 hours and he'll do it outside. They want us to leave our brand new couch in the front yard for 4 hours, and then WE will move it back into our house. It's obvious we're livid about this, and Delivery Guy #2 says it will take 20 minutes. We call the business to complain and the owner says it only takes 2 hours and he's very rude to my mom. These guys can't even get their stories straight!! WHERE'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??We make them take it back and they deliver it Monday. Rude. We get it delivered, but at this point we can't trust that it's been Scotch-Guarded. Now the bedroom set - the mattress is BROKEN. We call to tell them, and they said we have to take it to them so they can inspect it. It would take about 2 weeks for us to get a mattress back, and if they had to pick it up, even longer. My husband takes it back, and RUDE can't even begin to describe their service. They said they would fix the broken one and give it back. If we returned it, there would be a 25% stocking fee on a bed they delivered broken!!! AND this guy was yelling at my husband while we were on the phone! In the end we got a new mattress for my daughter, and they got what they wanted - A SALE. Up until after the sale, they were very kind. Don't shop here. Just recently moved into the area and wanted some new furniture for our home. Our neighbor recommended Vallejo Furniture Galleries and I was in for a huge surprise. I didn't at all expect this store to be this huge. I was ecstatic to see so many options of styles and themes are being displayed and presented in their showroom. I love that they offer different brands from average line to luxury line. They definitely try to cater to everyone. I was very indecisive and picky with what I wanted, but the staff was extremely patient and helpful. They took the time to take me around their gigantic showroom to point out some pieces that I may have like based on what I have chosen so far. They even flipped through at-least 15 catalogs to look for an ostrich-like leather love seat I wanted for our family room. They really willing to work with you. What impressed me even more is that they have 8 out of the 9 pieces I've purchased in stock. The one that they don't have was because it has a little scratch on it and they refused to sell it to me knowing that that piece will arrive in 3 days. The grand slam of it all is that everything got delivered and set up for me the next day. I have NOT been to any furniture store that were able to fulfill my order that fast in the past. If anyone in need of furniture, this is your store. They really do care and take pride in their products and services. I am one happy and satisfy customer. If I can rate this place 0 zeros stars I would. This business is a joke. We placed an order for our bedroom set back in JUNE. For them to tell us 2 days before the set-up date (July 2nd), that it's not going to arrive, and is being pushed back another month due to "COVID". They have bad customer service. What would happen if we waited?? The lady said she was going to call us a few days to confirm. I checked in a day or two before, this is ridiculous. She said we couldn't get a full refund. And they'd have to take some percent of it, or receive store credit. We decided to wait til it comes on August 3rd but now when we checked in and she said it's going to be pushed back AGAIN til September. Like are you serious??? I've order all my new furniture and they all came on time. They couldn't even give us an inconvenience refund or discount. I am pregnant. And I can't be sleeping on our mattress floor any longer. Don't bother spending your money here. They're guaranteed to cheat you with selling you a floor model while claiming that it's brand new. They also charge for delivery within the Vallejo City limits and charge for taking away old furniture. The bottom line is their customer service sucks immensely. It's unfortunate because we were former customers, but never again. If we could post a negative star, we would. Not once did they apologize or offer to deduct money from the original price in exchange for the floor model. Dena has always been professional and honest in helping us make our decision. We went in recently (first stop) to begin our research on the best chair for my husband after open heart surgery. Dena steered us in the right direction..We went with an Ashley power recliner. It was worth the extra expense! It has been a very helpful and comfortable recovery tool, as he slept in it for 3 weeks! We have come here multiple times to for furniture, for different rooms of our house and every piece we have bought still looks amazing. We went in to get more furnite this week and we assisted by Dena Luong, she was extremely patient and I changed my mind 5 times on 1 piece I was getting. Last year we bought a sectional and while we were there yesterday we thought we'd buy an additional piece to add to our couch we did not have the model number or the color with us so we showed her a picture she was able to look through a catalog and find the exact matching couch to assist us in buying additional pieces to add to our sofa she really went above and beyond . Noticed that my bed started sinking towards the middle, I looked at the box spring and it was made of cheap thin wood and cardboard on the inside. I went in about a year ago and bought a pub table and chairs. A month ago I went back for livingroom furniture. Love both sets! I appreciate the level of customer service, I walked in was able to walk around and when I ask for help immediately help was available. The sofa I liked was right at the front door and the coffee table I liked was clear across the showroom. I can't remember the guys name that helped me but I knew he thought I was crazy when I asked him to bring the table to sit by the sofa so I can see them together. LOL! I could tell he wasn't happy about it but he got someone to help him to bring the coffee table next to the sofa so I can see them together. Once I explained to him that I wanted to see the sofa legs next to the coffee table legs to make sure that they complimented each other and he saw the connection of the two he understood why I asked him to bring the table. I was very happy with the set, delivery was within the time frame that they said...friendly and efficient. Today I had a bit of a problem with my pub table I was not sure I would be able to call because based on some of the these reviews I thought they would not help me.
