Ok, So if you have Insurance and nothing happens this place is fine. My vehicle was totaled and I had no collision. When I called my agent she said "Oh unfortunately I can not do anything for you." Hands down, Steve is the best insurance agent that I've ever had to deal with. Not only is he helpful, he is very personable and attentive whenever I have a question about one of my policies. One time I had to call Steve due to a busted water pipe in my home. Thank goodness it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but Steve was accessible when I really needed him. To me, that's what mattered the most at that moment. I have my homeowners insurance and my business insurance through him and will soon be having our life insurance through him as well. Steve has been my agent for about ten years and he and his staff have always provided excellent service, help with claims, and guidance to make sure my insurance provides the coverage I need. Recently, my brand-new car was hit by a pebble that immediately cracked the glass. Since it's a new car, it has technology that requires recalibration when the glass is changed. This makes the process a bit more complicated than just a simple glass replacement. Steve stepped in and helped to arrange for everything to be done at the same place, making the repair quick and easy, and the reimbursement check arrived practically overnight. The only reason I haven't rated Steve and his staff five stars is for the simple fact that since I signed up with them in 2009, nothing has gone wrong. I like to reserve one more star once I understand how things work when there is a problem;i.e., a clam or an accident. That said, I switched to Steve and State Farm because I was being undeserved and over-charged by the broker who I had purchased auto and homeowners from 14 years earlier. I felt that having a local agent would provide me with the ability to pick up the phone and get an immediate answer to a question, and I was right.
