This dispensary has some of the most patient budtenders I've ever encountered. I've been here at least 50 to 100 times since they opened, and I can count on one hand the number of negative experiences I've had here. Most recently, I was helped by Courtney, and when I say this girl ran all around finding different things she thought I would like just for me to walk out with two things, one of which she didn't even suggest, I mean it. She was a saint! So cheerful and upbeat, making sure I didn't feel bad for anything. VTown understands that customer service is key. The great service starts before you enter. The security standing outside give a feeling of safety in a warm way. They are always super friendly. Once you enter, ID is checked, you then stand in line for the next very knowledgeable bud tender. I also appreciate that masks are a must. They provide masks at the ID checkin if you don't have one. I am a regular at VTOWN Farms store. Yesterday I shopped for 6 items and the total was 35.00 plus a service fee of $96. I call the store for an explanation. I was told per Calif Law the service fee is a combination of tax's. I returned to the store today to talk to the manager, about getting a print out of what tax's I was paying for. Lots of brands to choose from, mostly carry their own stuff which is cool. Prices vary, they have a little something for everyone. Almost all the bud tenders I've had were awesome. I always tip since they can be helpful and give recommendations. But today, my budtender didn't show the same graciousness and level of service my other bud tenders have. I don't know the guys name, short with long hair, but he's helped me a few times before and I've even tipped him. Today, I was $1 short without realizing, usually bud tenders will be kind enough to say it's all good. But not this guy- told him I'll check the car for change he said he'd wait, when I realized I just emptied my coin jar I went back in and offered to swipe my debit card for the $1. But he told me he'd had to round it up to $5, on top of the $3 fee..so I'm being charged $8 to cover the $1 I'm short? Crazy... When I said nvm I don't wanna be charged all that for $1 he just looked at me...so after the awkward silence I said I'll take one of my items off. He's like, ok cool, and proceeds to hand me the $21 back. Like bro? It's $1, I've tipped enough times where $1 shouldn't make all the difference. I am disappointed that it took me so long to check this place out. I could not have had a better experience here. Security, ID checker, and my cashier were all super friendly, and the selection here is truly impressive. As with any dispensary in CA that I have been to, you will need to provide your ID before entering. If it is your first time, they will also hook you up with a free pre-roll, which is nice. I was able to scope out the inventory on their website, which is intuitive and has a wide variety of flower, edibles, topical options, and more. I already knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, but I am confident that the girl who helped me would have had some recommendations if my mind weren't so made up. This is actually my favorite club in town and I'm reviewing based on service received today by employee Jocelyn. Never before has a staff member had so much attitude with me. I come in regularly and am familiar with their products and prices. Jocelyn was not. When I asked for their house wax, I was showed a $45 tub. When I asked for Sativa, she recommended hybrids. Once done with my purchase; I thought I'd bring up my feelings with the front door host; just letting her know that normally I'm happy to shop here but today was different because of Jocelyn's attitude. Host was sweet and apologized and Jocelyn must have been upset because she YELLED through the building that it was about their stock?? Drove from Concord to check this place out. Got there at 9:50p and they said they were closed. I'm like your sign says y'all close at 10p. If you guys are closing at 9:50pm then your business hours need to reflect that. Know one wants to hear about your machine stop working before you close. This one star review should have been avoided , however when you have two little girls "helping" patients that have zero customer service/brains....then you get what ya get. I went into the store at approx 4PM on 6-13-23. My main reason for going in was to alert the company that the $10 100 mg gummies that they are selling (Everyday Hitter- not the Froots- those are ok) are "mistakes" - what's inside the packages aren't really gummies, they are watery mixtures wrapped in extra plastic. It's almost like a messed up batch. I actually took a picture of what's inside these and its pretty gross- I would assume a mistake. Well, these two girls could care less. I was not rude or had any attitude. I wasn't asking for a refund. I was telling both the girls and they had NO RESPONCE, not even, I'm sorry.
