I've visited this location several times before without any issues, so I was surprised by how my most recent experience was handled. I was instructed by security to move my vehicle before I had fully parked, which I complied with right away. After doing so, I was still followed inside and told the same policy again, even though I had already followed the instructions given to me outside. I understand dispensaries have strict regulations they need to follow, especially regarding minors on the property, and I respect that. However, the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily repetitive and confrontational given that I had already complied with directions. Don't buy their in-house vape kit. It's junk. Before a road trip, we Spent $100 on a pen and 2 cartridges, they both lasted 1 day (with minimal use) then became clogged and inoperable on day 2. Then all the vape leaked out. Made a huge sticky mess. When I got back in town, I went and talked to 2 managers and the GM about my issue and their faulty product. All very nice, but zero help. Not like I wanted a full refund, I just wanted them to acknowledge my issue and do something. Instead they did NOTHING. And repeated me their 7 day return policy 6 times. I told them I just got back in town from 3 weeks road trip. But they didn't care, an each manager (inc GM) mention they would be fired if they "helped out in any way"... Wow.... Many legitimate businesses allows their general managers to make customer service decision and bends rules and policies. It unfortunate, this isn't one of them. I love this store, but the customer service lacks bedside manner. Since this store opened, I've purchased 4 batteries, all of which have quit charging after only about a month of use. When I called to ask about a possible replacement, all I got was the 7 day return policy mumbo jumbo, charging tips, and to not leave it out in the sun. I respect the policy, but the fact that I've gone through 4 chargers since this store opened is concerning. The 2 that I still have (neither work) are flawless in exterior condition and I have been careful to not overcharge. They don't care. They don't want to see them. I'm not looking for a handout, but any gesture would be more welcomed than what I received. I'm a regular customer, about once a week, but the response I got from the manager was very robotic. He seemed bothered by my call. I'll be back for another $25 battery, but ONLY because I just purchased a $45 full gram cart 3 days ago :(. Their return policy sucks. 7 days. Well I had Covid and couldn't get in for a return for a cart that was defective. $50 bucks. Nobody could actually make a decision and the manager wasn't there till the next day.
