Right away we were bombarded with questions and it was relentless. You could tell he was on commission. After an uncomfortable amount of time listening to him talk we were directed to the financing guy who seemed even shadier. He was very cocky about how he could get everyone approved for a loan. We came looking for a specific SUV that was well in our budget but he kept giving the finance companies info on a totally different car that we absolutely didn't want but was of course about $4000 more. Needless to say we were not approved and then just cut loose without so much as a thank you for coming. The service department is just as bad. I had an appointment for an oil change but my car didn't go in until an hour and a half later. Why bother having appointments? After my appointment I opened the hood to put washer fluid in since they couldn't bother to top off fluids and I noticed my oil cap was missing. I went back and spoke with the service manager who confronted the mechanic. The mechanic argued that he put the cap on and got visibly annoyed with me. The service manager was nice enough to get me a new oil cap and came out with me to put it on. We discovered the old one lodged in the hood liner above the dent in my PCM it made from him shutting the hood on it. Aside from that one service manager, nobody in that place knows how to listen. I will never set foot on that lot again.

While I was working for them they would force me to let many safety concerns I found on inspections slide because they knew the person who owned the car, but on other cars they would pick it apart with a fine toothed comb to find any possible thing they can make money on. They are very two faced people and do everything in their power to charge you as much as possible for anything. The two real techs in the garage, Kenny and Scott, are the only two who know what they are doing and actually care about doing the best job they can on every job. Ben doesn't know a thing about cars, all he does is tall a good game to customers and order parts and uncharged you 70% or more for the parts. Brian is someone who only cares about himself and will throw anyone under the bus and get rid of you in order to save face and make himself look good to others. Neither care about any of their employees and on multiple occasions I overheard them talking bad about those who worked for them, including myself. I used to love this shop when their father Todd ran the business, but these two are going to run it into the ground and that is really sad to see because this shop used to be something really great. I hope Todd takes back over or something changes very soon because I don't want to see this place falling further than it has already.

Prices are good, and on par or better than discount tire stores, when you factor in new valves, balancing, tire disposal and free rotations, they really can't be beat. As for major and minor repairs they can pretty much do it all. Not cheap, but fair pricing and guaranteed repairs. They are very fair and don't do upselling. I know they will treat my vehicle like their own. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have lived in the Valley for more than 30 years, and have never heard a bad thing about them.
