We have used JR for years, Always had a good product a good rapport and accurate sales quotes over the phone. I called to have a Car starter installed and was quoted $229 everything included taxes labor. On that day I gave them $100 deposit. When the car was taken in for installation I gave them my credit card number again believing the balance of the 229 would be credited to my card but I was surprised to find out they had charged me another $224. So I called to ask what had happened and the person on the phone was very delightful to speak with very kind and said although I was missed quoted what was put on the car was necessary. I said I understand that we are very pleased with the car starter and we've used your company for years and never had an issue but I was never told of the increase in price it was just placed on my card which I explain to him causes a lack of trust between customer and proprietor. Purchased a leveling kit, alignment and snow tires put on. Made appt. 2 weeks out, dropped truck off night before Friday appt. Didnt hear from them so I call 1.5 hrs before close and they proceeded to tell me the it was more time consuming then they thought. They wanted truck till Monday. Not possible. Then salesman told me I didnt need leveling kit and it looked and drove fine. Really? Talk all your customers out of what they want? They put tires on that's it. No alignment no kit. Didnt even start on work. They should have called me and told me situation. Now I have to get alignment for new tires and another when I have level kit put on. Then kept my summer tires and now have to go back again to get them. Cost me a days pay, extra alignment and headache of making appt. Somewhere else and waiting to get in OVER SOLD, UNDER DELIVERED. Only took them an hour and a half opposed to the two and half hours they scheduled me for. Lifetime warranty on the system and includes remote batteries.
