I came to pick up some paper at Michaels and decided since my dog was in the car to take him for quick walk around the property. Let him stretch his legs . Had no intentions of going into any store and he's a calm dog so he wasn't going to disturb anywhere . No where on property were there signs saying anything about dogs not being allowed on property . It's an outdoor mall. A security guard stopped me and asked if I was blind . I'm sure he was trying to be nice and I have very little to say about him . He proceeded to tell me he was told to tell me that dogs were not allowed on the property . Wow ... I politely said I wasn't aware and there should be signs then walked my dog back to the car . This is dying location and it's sad to see that but now I really am not tempted to come back and shop here . Who asks if another person is blind ? It can be perceived in several ways. The best way to approach was to ask if my dog was a service animal . Wow....

I would know. :) Among the places I've been are H&M, Elodie Boutique (one of the only truly local businesses here!), DSW, Gap/Gap Body, LOFT, Banana Republic, Francesca's, Michaels, some sushi restaurant, Charming Charlie's, Victoria Secret, Express and New York & Co. Oh, and the ice cream place, Maggie Moo's. Objectively, the design of Woodbury Lakes is absurd for wintertime shopping. If it's busy, you usually have to park pretty far away and walk because there is almost never going to be spot on the main "street." I like it a lot in the summer though, because it doesn't have the mall madness atmosphere that you find in indoor malls and the parking lot madness of traditional strip malls. I just park near one end and happily stroll to the other. I'm told they do some crazy things around the holidays too... like, with real reindeer?

More space for more stores, more food options, more parking lots and garages, and a miniature amusement park in the middle. My son and I are from NJ and he insisted on coming here during our roadtrip across America. He's not a big shopper but loved the amusement park of course. I went on one of the rides with him and he went on a few more on his own. The wait for the rides was pretty long. The whole thing is quite an impressive display of American consumerism and just plain over-the-top, go-big-or-go-home insanity. It's fine for a few hours, but after a while it can become sensory overload, and I'm happy to cross it off my bucket list and move on with the roadtrip.

She created this market to help artists and artisans, and to collect toy donations (as well as household goods and non-perishable food items for humans and pets) for STEP (the St. Louis Park Emergency Program). It's the annual event's first year in this space, and according to the website, the Market will be going on AT LEAST through December 27, 2023, Tuesday-Sunday from 11:00am-5pm. We parked in the ramp across the street and had no trouble finding this space. It was well lit and clearly identified. The space inside is also well lit, and there's plenty of room to move around in. There's a central counter where you bring the items you wish to purchase to pay for them. For the event that day, a donation to STEP earned you a ticket for a free slice of Muddy Paws Cheesecake. They had on offer about a dozen different flavors that evening, "New York" being one, and it's my absolute favorite, both in texture and flavor. My companion chose a slice of the Salted Caramel, which is equally delicious, but in a different way. For environmental reasons, I was so pleased to see the slices being served in paper board boxes, instead of the previous clear hard-plastic clam shells. There's a large section displaying the clothing pieces designed by St. Paulite, Laura Hlavac. Also available are jewelry made by various artisans, artisan pieces made from things such as snow skis, hockey sticks, hockey pucks, metal piping, golf balls, leather scraps and antique flour sacks, quirky greeting cards, handmade holiday ornaments, soaps, candles, lotions & potions, unique clothing pieces, and hats. In addition, you'll find a large selection of locally-designed puzzles. So many different things to see! And if you find yourself becoming a bit "hangry", buy yourself a slice of Muddy Paws Cheesecake and a bottle of water (or a cup of coffee if they're offering it) and set yourself down for a little while on one of the kids' chairs and relax, and enjoy your slice of delight. Or buy a slice (or an entire cheesecake) on your way out to enjoy later on at home!

It is perfect for me to withdraw US funds, as I have a Tangerine account and I don't incur any charges when I do. My greatest find was Hawaii Poke Bowl. It has dole whip, which I absolutely love. I also had the rainbow poke bowl, which was amazing. It is rare to find an eatery with a perfect Yelp five-star rating where more than 60 Yelpers have reviewed it. Hy-Vee is the grocery store that anchors this plaza. Although I have yet to set foot in this store, Hy-Vee was my go-to grocery store when I lived in Rochester. I dropped by Marshalls and HomeGoods. It's a combo store. They look new and have everything from clothes to floor lamps. I love staying in Eagan. The shopping is great and this plaza is no exception.
