I'm still impressed that our family of 4 all paraglided over the 4th of July weekend! I truly…read morethought one of us would chicken out but nope! My 12 y/o went first then my husband then my 9 y/o then me, and we all had a blast! The staff here is excellent. They educated us on all things paragliding and shared their personal stories of travels around the world. Tons of experience amongst all the pilots here. They're like a melting pot too as one of our pilots was from Costa Rica (Justin) and one was from Russia (Alaina). Pretty cool community of people really. As our weekend stay at Bolt Farm Treehouses got closer, we decided to spend the dough on paragliding. It was $200 per person plus we treated our girls with the GoPro for $50 each. I'd say the experience was everything we hoped for and more. As they explained to us, we were at the winds mercy, and the day we flew (7/2/21), the wind gave us about 10 minutes in the air. They had told us the average was 20 minutes. We saw others fly for longer the next day, but you get what you get with the wind. My youngest flew with Austin, and after watching the GoPro video, he was a great fit. She felt very comfortable and he chatted just the right amount. I had Joe as my pilot, and he was older and very experienced. He even let me take the reigns for a few moments as he said he likes to educate others who may want to be a pilot themselves one day! Each of us landed as planned in the fields below, gathered up the gear, and hopped on the bus to drive back up the mountain. This drive was my least favorite part as I suddenly felt a little green, but luckily they had a case of water bottles that saved me. Due to the price, I don't know that we'd ever become frequenters of paragliding. My girls would love it though as they both immediately asked to do it again! I heard there are only so few places in the world to paraglide, so I'm glad we found this one right around the corner from Bolt Farm where we were staying. Overall, I highly recommend this experience. Perhaps one day, we'll take up lessons to pursue being a pilot, but for now, we're just excited to have shared this experience. I won't be joining your gun club after what I experienced today I came to show my little cousin…read morewhere I was possibly going to be joining a gun club, and some man chased me down, almost hitting me and a 14-year-old kid acting crazy and even put his hands on me. Had he not said what are you doing at my gun club had he not mentioned the gun club !!I would've not known who he was and I would've shot him! I'm glad nothing crazy happened to me the kid or whoever he was, Apparently he is the owner of the gun club. I obviously proceeded to call the police after this incident, deciding not to press charges as I explain to the police what happened and that I wanted him to know how close he came to being shot and putting me and a child in a very bad situation as well, I did not do anything wrong. Only wanted to show my little cousin, the gun club I didn't shoot my gun there yet because I had not paid my fee yet was waiting to hear back from them. Obviously, this man's behavior was uncalled for and he put my life in a 14-year-old life at risk and his own! He shouldn't be allowed to carry a gun after I hosted my weapon he proceeded to assault me I pushed him away and took off on my four wheeler! I just want everyone to know what happened and that if you take your child up there on a four wheeler, beware, you could find yourself facing off with an angry, angry man! I served five years in the military as well as a year as a police officer had not been for my experience. I could very well have killed this man. I'm glad the Lord was watching over me today and the kid. This is not a lie. I was already five or 10 minutes down the road when this man approached me at high rate of speed, you were not on the road when this man did this we were not there and yes, I did go to the gun club today to show him the gun club that I was going to be joining. I will obviously not be joining at like I said you can say that I'm a liar all you want to, and I spoke with the police as well because they came down here and I told them the same thing when I pulled the gun on him It was in the middle of the road down the road I was no longer on the property when I was approached while he was honking almost hitting me you were not even with him, so don't act like you even know what all he did, and how he acted! I understand your reason for claiming that I'm a liar because you're just trying to support your husband or whoever the guy was and that's fine but also had a child with me! Like I said, I'm glad I had the experience I have had in the military and law-enforcement otherwise it could've turned out poorly. I hate repeating myself, so I might as well. I recently went back to check it out, 11 years later and yes you guessed it. Same dumbbells. The flow of the gym was pretty bad as well the dumbbells were in the middle of the room with scattered benches where they could fit them. The organization and flow is what kills it for me. They do have nice equipment but I found myself in weird angles to take plates on and off or moving around machines. I am a huge dumbbell lover so that whole setting killed it for me. Friendly staff and awesome people but poor function and flow is going to be my deciding factor.

No decorations needed besides plates and napkins. They have a nice kitchen area. It is spotlessly clean throughout with lots of inside play fun for children - including a section for bowling. With a January birthday, outside is not an option, so this venue has been wonderful two years in a row. Mark, the owner, is wonderful to deal with. Easy and good communication. You have the place to yourself for the entire party. The kids love it!! I would highly recommend checking out Jungle Fun Center if you are looking for a party venue of any type. It's awesome!!
