Cloud Nine Construction company installed a shower in my guest bath that we have had nothing but…read moreproblems. The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

G&H did our kitchen 5-6 years ago and we loved it so an easy choice to ask them to do our living…read moreroom update. We did a feature build-out from the wall where an old fireplace had been and wanted to install an electric fireplace with a TV mount just above. We had the build-out done and then picked our granite, which was shiny black base with huge swirls of gold (titanium gold) . Gegham and Harut came out and measured and then had us visit their new shop right off the "41", very convenient. They showed us options for cuts that would feature the gold swirl pattern in a couple ways. We chose our cut options and now it's installed and amazing. The co-owners came out and did the install with great attention to detail, the bookmatching was perfect with the patern wrapping around the sides. The cuts for the TV and fireplace mounts preserved the maximum of the gold pattern on the visible granite, top, bottom and sides. It's just perfect and like with our kitchen work, the guys saved our left-over stone and have already suggested some ideas like a console table or new tops for nesting tables, etc. They did that with our kitchen quartz remainder also. Our living room is now awesome and the guys are easy and fun to work with. When you work with them you feel their confidence and it eases your anxiety about "what will this look like" because they've done it all many times before! We'll use them again for the next stone project for sure!

We bought a bargain door for $30 and the hubby wanted to change out the 70's gold colored plexiglass in it. (We went to a glass store and it was going to be about $260. Gulp! I liked the retro look of the door, but wasn't prepared for that, after we'd already spent a couple hundred for the frame and threshold). So, our next stop was PP. At first the guy made a joke about having to look in the archives for a piece of retro plexiglass, but score! He found a piece of clear, semi obscured plexiglass that would work. It was going to be about $100 to have five pieces cut to fit the openings of our "project door". Cool beans. We paid for it and about a week later, got a call that our order was ready for pick up. Yay! They have so much more there than just plexiglass pieces. Check them out for any of your plastic needs!

BOY O BOY my husband decided to pay them in full for the cut and we still needed finished work to be completed after we had the faucet, hole drilled for a counter top trashcan, and backsplashes installed... I never stopped calling or texting. The guy kept telling me in a text message he is busy at another worksite and did not have anytime to come out even though he told me when I needed him to finish the work to call him and he can come out whenever. They ended up sending out other people to my location and drilled the faucet hole then I had my installer place the granite on the cabinets and I was able to see clearly what finished work needs to be completed but now no one is responding to my text messages, or phone messages left on phone. They last people that came out gave me 3 phone numbers because she said call anyone of those numbers and we will come right out and finish everything that needs to be completed but I can seem to get in touch with anyone but their younger children. What a business to STAY WAY FROM!! They are not responsive to their clients and if you pay them they don't need to finish anything cause they are done with you! So much for honest and hardworking people....
