Then shortly thereafter the owner Jason, called and left me a message to state they would NOT be doing the job at our home, with NO reason given as to why......?? And after I called him back and left him a message to please explain this strange decision, and texting him back also, asking him for a reason why they were now declining to do our job, I received NO response from him whatsoever...... Based upon the behavior of the original salesman, and the even stranger behavior of the owner Jason, I would be cautious doing any business with these folks, as they clearly run a sketchy operation with little care for their clients.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us accomplish this goal. It never felt like a sales transaction -- it felt like a partnership. When installation began, the crew was just as impressive. He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing.
