They were so happy we both had 800 credit scores and getting their commission they pushed it out the door. And the brakes failed on its first trip! Down a curvy mountain of course and with 6k lbs in the back. One of the most terrifying experiences of my life. They locked up and almost caused an accident more than once. They did fix it but beyond telling me I'm a liar that's the kind of quality control they have. This place is a joke and now the owner is calling me a liar. Really terrible biz practices and I can't even tell you how irritated I am. I live three hours away and spoke someone on the phone before I got there but when I got there I was shamed and told they couldn't fix my jack unless I paid $275. High desert trailer sales and Lamar should be ashamed of themselves. What a joke. There's a place in Apache junction called diversified give them your money instead of rollin the dice with these ding bats Travis, you're inconsiderate just like your employee and not a good biz owner. We recently took our RV to The RV Guy in Avondale because our leveling system decided it no longer…read morewanted to level. After some investigating, they discovered the issue was bad O-rings. They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

They've refused to fix the issue and badly overcharged our insurance company, which now won't work with them anymore. They made zero effort to rectify the situation. They do not stand by their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.
