I was greeted as I entered the store. The parts department was very helpful. I've been treated like a nuisance at most other RV stores. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and he was able to find a replacement piece for my toilet so that I did not have to purchase a completely new one. Took our trailer in to be serviced and they were awesome! We've shopped there before (great store), but didn't realize they serviced trailers. We went to Camping World first, and not only was the customer service tech 'uppity', but their prices were high also. Someone told us State trailer did service, so we made an appointment. They were pretty busy, but they were able to get us in and out within a couple of days, at a fraction of Camping World prices! I reached out to State Trailer on Yelp and their main office gave me the service dept. telephone number. I called and spoke to Cody. I explained my situation and what I was needing assistance with for my hitch installation. Cody knew exactly what I was referring to, but he advised unfortunately, their service dept for a hitch installation is booked up until mid-August. I did not use State Trailer for my hitch installation project, BUT my phone call was answered promptly and Cody was knowledgeable and helpful. I wish there were more vehicle repair shops like State Trailer. They were honest and have fair pricing. I recently had my trailer worked on here and couldn't be happier. They had my slide repaired within 2 days of receiving the parts. The parts for my slide took a few months to receive so depending on what you are having repaired you might have to wait a while for the work to be performed. There store also has everything that you could want for your trailer. Giant selection, one stop shopping. I will be bringing my trailer back for any maintenance or repair needs. read more

Tried to use their dump station and their sign says their hours are 9am-6pm. Showed up right at 5:30. Gate was locked. I haven't had an issue with them, so far. Service has been great and employees are nice. But when I drive all the way Down there and they close before their stated hours. It's frustrating and a waste of my time. read more

We brought our trailer in without an appointment on a Saturday because we needed help with our batteries not working. The technicians were all busy so we would have to come back on Monday which we would not be able to do. We thanked the man and browsed around the store for some things we needed. State trailer has been kind of a blessing locally when working on trailers! They always seem to have what you need in stock. I have purchased everything from heater cores to axles from them, and prices always seem to be on par with what they are available for online etc. the staff is always friendly and willing to point you in the right direction or help you look up a part. Also make sure you sign up for the points when you are checking out! I have made a few hundred dollars in points that work same as cash which is always nice! They also have a very nice and clean/ maintained dump station behind the building that also has great water pressure on tap for cleaning the tanks! read more

We've thrown a lot of unusual stuff at them in the last year +. Two trailers and some odd challenges, but they have performed every time. George the guy who "makes it happen" for us, and his managementare as good as it gets - both in performance and pricing. (Fair for us and the company) Used them again today. Wow it just doesn't get any better. We have tossed everything at theming the last two years - including time constraints. We just moved into our 40' 5th wheel, the awning failed as well as one of the big curtains - we're leaving for a six month + road trip. No time to order a new drape or get parts - Justin to the rescue! (Velcro turned out to be a cheap and effective solution). Scott the assistant manager got the awning motor in one day! We called to see how much buddy bearings on a boat trailer would be and they said $120.00. When we got there it was $250.00 so we let them install them. They installed the cheap version of buddy bearing not what we wanted. They looked at the brake pads said they where ok. The worker never installed one side and pulled the em brake on the trailer so we drove home with the brakes on and with the pad missing messed up the rotor. It took 4 trips and 3 months to get everything right and at the end I had to fix everything. I'm glad I did cause there was no grease in the bearings. Please do not take your trailer to this place the manager just wanted to get rid of us and didn't seem to care. I would give them no stars. read more

During the checkout everyone kept a 6-foot distancing fine everyone was wearing masks but the cashier handed me a pen to sign my receipt that every customer has touched before me. Look at your service repair bill before you leave!!! Husband came home with the travel trailer after picking up for repairs at State Trailer. Some of the repairs that I requested where not completed. On the invoice there were charges to change an Amber LED Marker Lamp that I did not ask to be done. I was charged for the part and labor! I called the service department. The lady who originally helped me wrote down everything I asked for as we walked around the trailer when I dropped it off. I asked her why the rear light was not replaced that we discussed. She said I didn't ask for the replacement and argued with me. I told her she pointed it out! She didn't believe me, she reviewed the camera recording and said I was correct. I asked her why the Amber LED Marker Lamp was replaced when I didn't ask for it. She said that its replaced when it's cracked. I replied, there is a crack in all the lights, why just that one! I asked for a refund since I did not ask for the replacement. I had to contact the store manager. Store manager said the service person will pick something to replace to round up the total that is due. What?????!!!! Check your bill everyone or just don't go to this place. read more
