I have loved this store in the past. Their inventory seems small especially for women's clothing.

Conner to the rescue! My five star rating is entirely due to the service I experienced with Conner…read morewho made a bad experience a great one. I recently went here to rent a tuxedo. The first visit I had a young lady helping me who was trying to help several other people but was also very interested in her phone at the same time. I don't have a reason to rent a tux very often and I wanted the sizing to be right so I would look sharp, but I was pretty nervous with the level of customer service. As I was checking out, one of the customers my rep was helping bailed from the store, stating "I need some attention to detail." I could relate, and mentioned it to a young man named Conner who was ringing me up. Conner stopped the transaction to understand what has transpired, and apologized for the situation. He asked me to come back the following evening when it was slower and said he would make sure everything was right. I did...and he did. It seems nearly every single measurement the first rep took was off. Some were way off, like I would have had extreme high water pants, for example. Conner also helped me understand the tux styles and make the right choice. The other rep was so confusing in this and I just went along with what she said was clearly the right pick. It wasn't. My point in all of this is Conner saved the day and the experience. The tux fit great. the price was competitive. Yes, I had to invest more time here but I knew Conner was going to go the extra mile...even though he didn't have to. He is one of those employees the companies should absolutely treasure and advance. You can tell he loves what he does and that he really cares about the customer. This experience has put Jos A Bank on my radar for other clothing needs and I will be back as long as I know I will see Conner's smiling face when I go there.

Our experience at the Jos. A. Bank in Collegeville was genuinely disappointing from start to…read morefinish, and I feel compelled to share it so others know what to expect -- especially if they're preparing for something as important as a wedding. Our first interaction with Joe should have been a sign. We called ahead to let them know we were running about 10 minutes late and wanted to confirm we didn't need to reschedule. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, Joe sounded annoyed and said, "just make sure to have your code." Not exactly welcoming, but we moved on. At the appointment, he wasn't friendly, but he wasn't outright rude either. He took the measurements, placed the order, and we left assuming everything was handled correctly. When we returned to pick up the tux, everything fell apart. The pants were enormous -- nowhere near the correct size -- and the vest was also far too big. Instead of helping, Joe acted irritated that we even questioned it. His response was, "it's a rental, it's not going to be perfect but decent enough." When we pointed out the vest was clearly oversized, he waved his hand and said, "it will tighten in the back," without checking or adjusting anything. It didn't. Then came the pants. He handed over a smaller size without even looking and said, "here, put these on." Those were extremely tight -- so tight it made no sense that one size difference went from comically large to unwearable. Joe insisted, "this is the best we can do," and said he would order that tight size. We left feeling frustrated and, more importantly, not confident at all that Joe had ordered the correct pants or that he had even tried to find a proper fit. We also didn't believe there were no alternative pant options, so we went to the King of Prussia location for a second opinion. Thank goodness we did. The KOP team immediately confirmed there were other options. They found a much better-fitting pant style, ordered the correct size, replaced the vest, and even altered the jacket sleeves so everything fit properly. They also discovered that Joe hadn't even ordered the smaller size he claimed -- he had reordered the same oversized pants we had tried on that day. And those incorrect pants wouldn't have arrived until Thursday before our wedding, leaving no time to fix anything. Meanwhile, KOP was able to get the correct items in by Tuesday, giving us plenty of time to ensure everything was perfect for the groom. We later returned to the Collegeville store to speak with a manager. To h cisredit, he apologized and openly admittedhe was not surprised by Joe's behavior. While I appreciated his honesty, it was still shocking to hear and didn't make the experience any less frustrating. Overall, our experience at the Collegeville location was unprofessional, careless, and stressful -- especially considering this was all happening the weekend before our wedding. I'm disgusted by how poorly everything was handled. If we hadn't trusted our instincts and gone to KOP, the groom's tux would have been a disaster. We will not be returning to the Collegeville location, and I strongly recommend anyone needing a tux rental go elsewhere.

If I could give this store more stars, I would. First: Vionic shoes are amazing. Anybody with…read morefeet should consider these shoes. If your arches are at all high or low or you have any other foot problem, if you have ankle, knee, hip, spine (low back to neck) problems, Vionic shoes will almost certainly help you! I've had musculoskeletal issues since I was a kid (was recently diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Hypermobile Type, which falls under the umbrella of Hypermobile [joint] Spectrum Disorders)--annoying when I was young, but bad now that I'm middle aged, but hopefully won't get too much worse now that I know how to take care of my musculoskeletal system, including wearing Vionic shoes. I wish I had shoes like these when I was in my twenties. None of these shoes are "old lady/gothic orthopedic" shoes. Many are very fashionable. Are they more expensive than similar looking shoes at my local DSW? Yeah, but not as expensive as the sneakers I get at my hometown's Fleet Feet store! And they feel so much better than your run-of-the-mill brands--well worth it! So everyone should check them out!!! And no I don't work for Vionic nor was paid for this (I wish lol)--I'm just so grateful for how much these shoes help me (and I've tried lots of styles and brands!). And if you've tried Vionic shoes but didn't like them, I'd say to try again with a totally different pair. Every person is different and the different Vionic shoe styles also fit different from one style to another. Some Vionic shoes that people rave about in their reviews were not good for me at all (to put it nicely). Obviously it's best to find a store that carries a wide variety of Vionic shoes so you can try on many styles in one place and see what works for you. But if you can only buy online (which I've avoided doing like the plague) and struck out with a couple pairs of Vionic shoes, don't give up! Second: This store was wonderful!!! They treated me like a queen, even though I told them I was after just two pairs of their lower cost shoes (flats and slippers) and I was dressed like a schlep. The gentleman who waited on me was apparently like their district manager or something along those lines--only in the store a few days every month. He was fabulous. Both he and the one clerk who was there were super attentive to how all the different shoes I tried fit my feet and how they worked (or didn't) with the mechanics of my walking. This store in Collegeville, PA is absolutely my go-to shoe store. Even though I live four hours away (but luckily visit friends in the Philly area twice a year), I'm still not going anywhere else unless I have a damn good reason! And when I can't get down there, I plan to finally buy Vionic shoes online--through this awesome store!
