I was recommended this graphic design company by a friend and needed something fairly simple done…read more First few times I tried calling they were busy but they called me back within two and talked through my ideas. The person I spoke with (don't remember his name) was very courteous and listened to all of my ideas before making suggestions himself which I appreciated. I know he's the profession but I wanted to get across my idea without being interrupted. They were pretty swamped with work so my small task had to take a little bit of a back seat. When the work was eventually done it was excellent, I was very please with the end result and the cost and had received lots of compliments. Will certainly use this service again if and when needed but will try and allow myself some more time to get it done. I gave 4 stars because I do think it could have been done pretty quickly given the size of the job but I do want to also recognize that they probably have to respect the order of customers they receive. Everyone has deadlines. As they get more business it may be a good idea to get a receptionist or someone so we aren't having to leave messages too many times. Overall I recommend this business for the high quality of their end product.
