I was told on two occasions and installer would be here over the weekend and no one showed. I moved trailers around expecting them only to find out I wasted my time. We had agreed upon a price and date of install and now they don't return calls. Several neighbors and friends commented on how good it looks but I can't give out a referral on someone that doesn't follow up. They will do a good job for you just don't expect them to come back and follow up with any additional work.

RYAN was very knowledgable and friendly. Regarding the cost, it was very reasonable. At no time did it appear RYAN was trying to sale anything; just an honest inspection without any hidden fees. In addition, we were able to have the work scheduled and completed within two days. At the conclusion of the work, RYAN provided before and after photos. Where do I begin…read more... I called the night before my appointment and asked about a Swedish, massage 90 minutes. I was told $90 for 90 minutes and then I asked if they have hot stones and she said yes. So like many other places I've been to, I thought it was part of my massage but I realize I should have asked. More to come on pricing below. I go into what looks like a room for couples with a light that was dim but not dim enough to set the mood for my massage and the waterfall was extremely loud. The masseuse put a towel over the lamp which did nothing. An older lady came in who was my masseuse and she asked me what areas are bothering me. But before we started I should have known something was up when my masseuse had a washcloth to wipe off my hands and my feet. Never in all of my years of having a massage has anybody done that. So that pretty much set the tone for things to come. I let her know that my neck and my shoulders needed work. I kid you not, she did more pushing on me then actual massaging and literally spent almost 15 to 20 minutes massaging my left arm... Just my arm and forearm! It was almost as if she didn't want to give me the massage. She barely massaged my back and yes I told her that my neck and my shoulders were the areas that I needed work but that's where she focused almost all of the time outside of massaging my arm and forearm. She rubbed my feet like she was grating cheese and then as she finished up using the hot stones on my back she moved them back and forth so quickly like she was trying to wipe a stain out of a shirt. On another note, I will say this is my fault for not speaking up but her nails were longer and subsequently I felt them each time she went under my shoulders and massaging my neck. So I get up and get dressed. When I go to the front this young girl tells me that the charge for my massage is $115. I explained to her that I had called the night before and they told me it was $90 for 90 minutes with hot stones. That was when they started babbling back and forth and that was when I told them to forget about it. I laid my card down, begrudgingly left a tip and walked out. Based on the reviews that I saw I had high hopes for getting a really great and relaxing massage.
