Got in touch, they sent a technician over in about 20min exactly, the technician had spent over 30min trying to open to bottom lock, and he was successful, i almost had my doubts, but he pulled it off, and i was just amazed by the technicality. He gave me a great deal of replacing the bottom lock, and re-installing a new lock, which was going to be a different key, but he gave me another awesome to deal to have 1 key work for a different top and bottom lock. I couldn't open the doors, so frustrating. Finally, on my 20th call, I found Westhills Lock. Ami is an "old school antique key expert," and makes the key in his van at your location. This is real professional, with real service truck and tools who has really great communication and gives top-notch service. I have a 5-star or no star policy. Robert earned all 5 of those stars. When he arrived he didn't even try to open it and said he would need to drill it for $250, and then charge an additional $250 for a new lock. When I said absolutely not, he then said he could take $200 off if I wrote a good review, to which I said, so you can do this cheaper? I made the decision to say no because the vibe he gave me was just horrible business so then told him no and that it's way too expensive to just pick a lock. While I was trying to pay him the $30 for the drive, he kept lingering saying the charge is supposed to be $50 for the service drive instead of $30. WHAT A ******* COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I called another company and they were able to pick the lock for $160 + $30 service drive. Avoid this place at all cost.
