Ironically, I was congratulating myself for finally getting my key problem solved and not locking me out for a very long time, as I locked the door behind me with my key inside. That I was thinking about that should have been a cue to double check before I closed the door. Joseph responded to my message immediately and so I called him. Apparently I woke him up. He said he would come right away. He was here in less than 10 minutes and I am now safely inside. I also have his name and the name of his company in my contacts as I could not find where I had put it in my phone initially when I realized I was locked out, and eventually stumbled upon it while searching Yelp. Good straight forward service. I needed a keyless fob for a 2021 4Runner and I saved a few hundred dollars going with Valley Keys.

Joseph saved the day for me! I needed to make a copy of a key but everywhere I went told me they didn't have that particular key and couldn't make it. At this point I was frustrated...good thing Yelp and Joseph came to the rescue :) I called him up (this was a Saturday afternoon) and he told me to come over and he could make the key for me. No joke he made the key for me in a few min and price was great, only $5 dollars. Other places I checked said it would be more and plus NO one had that key. The best service ever. i lose my key a week agoi look on yelp talk to him about 5 minutes later that day he came and rescued made 2 keys and give me a extra copy in case I lose it again. He very patient man. I changed a lock to my my car a month ago but only made 1 key. I tried to call the same guy but the number was disconnect. So lucky I found him this time i learned my lesson I made 2 keys so in case I lose it again I can always call him make a new key no problem because he has a store in witnetka area. Not only did Joseph offer me a significantly cheaper price, he had the EARLIEST availability out of everyone - I called around 2pm on a Friday afternoon and he was able to come to my place at 4:30pm that same day. On a Friday! In my experience with the service industry, very few things actually "happen" on a Friday, so this alone was very impressive to me. My mom locked herself out of her house today. I'm a stickler for a deal and to find the best resources in my community. I called 5 different companies and was quoted between $70 and $95 dollars for ONE lock- the bottom lock of her door. I called Valley and was connected to Joseph; he answered the phone- he sounded flustered and short, BUT PLEASE... don't let that deter you. Joseph is just efficient and quick on his feet. He asked: 1. Where am I going? (Address) 2. Who am I meeting? 3. What is the need? (Car door, front door, etc) He quoted 15 minutes and called me to tell me he was at my moms place in 10 minutes. A little background: my mom suffers from mental illness, is disabled, and gets hella ornery in emergency or high pressure situations. I explained this to Joseph, and he was sensitive to my requests. He even searched the property when he couldn't find my mom. After he left, my mom told me he only charged her $40; that's for the lockout and he made her 2 keys. He quoted me $50. Skip everyone else and give this reputable company and sweet man your business. You will not be disappointed. Purchased two keys online and had Valley Keys cut and program them for a Honda Civic. One was a refurbished OEM remote key from OEM Key Mall and one was a OEM valet key from CawoodAuto. Stealership was charging a fortune for everything and said the remote was on backorder for 4-5 months. Joseph drove to my residence and it took about 30-45 mins to finish both keys. Great experience! We had new deadbolt/knob combos that needed to be rekeyed to match our existing key. It took about 30 minutes to get 3 combo locks done. I was locked out of my apartment, and of course the building managers are conveniently not coming in today.
