I had a coupon for 10% that I obtained from Tailspin Ale Fest and the coupon was about to expire, I decided to put it to use. It isn't very busy on the inside for a weekday. Of course there is a limit on customers due to Covid-19. I was greeted with a "Hello" not sure if it was an employee or a patron but, I can tell it's a friendly atmosphere. I of course was offered help to find what I needed but I politely declined. I basically just browsed to see what they had. The interior was clean and very well organized. I finally settled on Brooks Hill wine (which I happen to be a fan of). I make my way to the front and I ask the cashier if I can use my coupon, I could tell she has never seen the coupon because she asked why it was marked (which didn't bother me). I explained it was from the amount of pours at Tailspin Ale Fest. Luckily the coupon was honored. I was also asked if I was in the VIP club which I wasn't. Basically all I have to give my name and DOB and I can get rewards for Tobacco (I do not use) and Liquor. I do not know how VIP rewards works here but I intend on finding out.

The first message stating that my order had been received. The second message notified that my order had been confirmed and it will be ready for pick up within 1 hour during pickup hours. On my arrival to Liquor Barn I went back to the confirmed email and clicked on the yellow button "click here to let us know you arrived". After clicking I got a pop up to describe my vehicle. Minutes after submitting my request an employee came out with my order. I showed him my ID and he loaded my purchase in my back seat. I'm pretty sure the same employee helped me on both visits here but I failed to catch his name. Thank you Liquor Barn for making pick up smooth and easy! I'm sure I will be seeing you again..
