Lesley the Locksmith is nothing short of awesome. We moved in to a home in Reno in February and have had her out twice now- once to rekey the property and then to fix the lock on our glass sliding door. Both times she was able to fix our issues in just under half an hour. She is utmost professional, absolutely friendly, and a true joy to have in the home. Lesley is definitely not what I imagined a locksmith would look like, excuse the preconceived notion... but this fabulous woman wears her tool belt like a damn pro!! With great workwomanship to match, she should absolutely be on everyone's speed dial for lock outs, rekeying, broken locks, installing deadbolts, really, anything you need. Her response time is impressive. She will take the time to educate and walk you through the problem/process/solution, if you are curious; as well as offer suggestions to increase your home's security, if you are looking for advice on locks or hardware. I came into Sparks on a business trip from California and on my way home after a long day of meetings, I did the next best thing I could do at that time. Valley Lock & Key is a great company and a real life saver. I would highly recommend them for their prompt and professional demeanor and great customer service. When I tried to open the front door of my house today to go inside, it wouldn't budge at all. After trying everything I could think of I called Lesley at Valley Lock & Key. We bought a beautiful 5th wheel RV 2 years ago and it came with two keys. For 2 years my husband has tried everywhere to get an extra key made-he tried all of the usual places-hardware stores, other locksmith services, even the manufacturer and RV supply stores and nobody could help us, in California and Nevada.
