She is the first clinician who sat with me to thoroughly explain what was going on with my body, through viewing my x-rays, computer generated anatomical pictures, and her own words. Her use of body adjustment/alignment techniques, Dry Needling, body work and prescribed exercises, helped me recover much of my regular functional life activities. Kathy is very personable, an excellent communicator and is an extremely competent and professional physical therapist. I highly recommend her!

I've seen chiropractors for years and have a strong understanding of my body. During my visit, I felt dismissed and belittled rather than listened to. When I tried to explain what I believed was going on, Dr. Denny responded with a sarcastic remark: "Oh, you're a doctor?"--which immediately set an unprofessional tone. The exam itself felt incomplete. I was asked to move my neck in different positions, but I was never asked to indicate my pain level. When I later mentioned discomfort, he responded by saying I hadn't told him it hurt--despite not being prompted to do so. More than anything, it was the tone and overall demeanor that made the experience uncomfortable. I expect healthcare providers to approach patients with respect, curiosity, and professionalism, and that was not my experience here.

Well, it seems I am not the only person who was treated poorly at Dr. Dennys practice!…read more I was severely sick with a respiratory virus a couple of weeks ago and had to cancel my appointment. I received a phone call the next day advising me that I had missed my appointment. When I tried to explain that I had already canceled my appointment the receptionist became very annoyed, and she seemed to not believe me. I scheduled another appointment for today. When I arrived, I searched my entire vehicle for a mask but could not find any, even though I usually have a good supply. When I entered the office, I was met by the receptionist who told me that I needed to put on a mask. I told her that I was aware of that, but I did not have a mask with me today. She told me that I would not be seen and would need to reschedule. I asked her if she had a mask that I could wear, and she let me know that it is my responsibility. Well, I guess they keep their customers in line and if you slip up you get a slap on the hand! I have not been treated this way at any other healthcare facilities. I always wear a mask. However,there have been a few times I had forgotten and was provided with one. It's a common courtesy in my opinion. Needless to say...I did not schedule another appointment and let them know I would be going elsewhere.

Patrie is simply the best…read more I love her. She cares so much and understands as she has worked through all her students are working through and gone way beyond. She continues to learn more and more to add to her bag of tricks to aid in helping her students. I have taken privates, and groups classes. Both are incredibly effective. I had twins 21 years ago and she is aiding me in reviving my abs, which is major challenge. Whenever I leave her studio I feel like a new person, walking on air, happy, confident and loved.

I have never been to a more disorganized, unsympathetic, unprofessional medical office in my life!…read more Not only have I had to wait at least an hour past my appointment start time to actually see my provider there, once he does come in to see me, he can't get out of there fast enough, and never spends more than 10 minutes with me, always making me feel rushed. While I am waiting in the exam room for a technician to start the appointment, they leave all those doors open and I've overheard conversations about other patients, about myself, and staff, and how awful their day is going or how rude or upset the people are they are dealing with! On top of that, I have had so many times that the staff has dropped the ball on completing a request to get a medication pre-approval through my insurance and sent to the pharmacy for me. I've had to play the middle-man between the office, the insurance company, and the pharmacy for over a month now, only to find out that the office has not even submitted the requests I keep asking them to do but they keep placating me over the phone telling me they've already done it when they haven't! Save yourself the the frustration and wasted time and go somewhere else. It's unfortunate because I had heard good things about the doctors here but with so many things wrong with the office, it's just not worth my time or my health to go here.
