So I contacted Bill and he went above an beyond to ship 5 lbs of cheese to me in Cali. He even shrink wrapped it to help it stay fresh in the freezer and monitored its progress across country. I've never had a bad cheese from their well curated selection and the resident cheese monger on staff is among the most knowledgeable people on cheese I've ever encountered.
