I pulled into SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service, and the gentleman there immediately asked how he could help. I explained the situation, and he quickly checked all my tires, letting me know the right front was low--but took care of it right away and made sure everything was good. This wasn't my first visit either. Just two weeks earlier, I had my oil changed and got my smog certificate done there. Each time I've come in, I've been greeted in a friendly, professional manner, and the service has always been efficient and reliable. It's reassuring to know there's a place like this you can stop at, even unexpectedly, and get honest, helpful service. Definitely a shop I feel comfortable returning to.

As you can see by the owners response they just don't get it. At all. And there are other customers giving the same feedback. Also the reviews about how if you complain the owner attacks you are spot on. I'm not sure what the owner is playing at by posting my full name and where I live. This is very troubling behavior. Is she using information I provide when I get my car serviced and making it public? I'll be taking this to the appropriate authorities. First the dual price is NOT told to you when you select the service you want, give them your keys, and go sit in the lobby. It's only told to you when you go to pay after the service is completed. There are signs in the lobby. I didn't notice them until it was too late. I'm sorry but credit card fees are just the price of doing business. I'm paying $100+ for the service. You can eat the $3. Or don't advertise a price on huge banners outside. It's a bait and switch. Outside the service is $99. Inside they charge you $104. Again it's not about the $4. It's about the dishonesty. What else are they being dishonest about? As for my other reviews. I give majority 4-5 star reviews. Just not to those who engage in bad business. I won't be back.

I can't emphasize enough that he is always professional and thorough. I've returned with both of my cars for servicing, and I have never regretted the quality of the service or the pricing. I got off 4 hours earlier to buy the batteries I already had picked out for the installation from the Walmart I had an appointment to do the service and install the batteries. Being four hours early to the appointment and being told "I can't do it". Walmart is not the place for automotive service at all the mechanic that was helping me is "I think" is over 25 years older than me and can't figure out how to replace a battery. Walmart is a place to get batteries for cheap but in my perspective but "do not plan for their service". Had to do this because I did not have a ride to work due to my battery being dead took a separate car to work got the battery right after work going by their rules on my app after making the appointment and it did zero help cashier never gave me a receipt after the two batteries purchase. Went back to do a battery exchange, which would have been done after they put the batteries in, but the cashier never gave me a receipt only a pamphlet how to install the batteries after I had told him I'm bringing the truck back here with the batteries inside to get installed. I have a appointment at 6 PM. went back after installing the batteries on my own and they said I have to have a receipt I had told the cashier I was never given a receipt which this cashier was the same cashier that sold me the batteries. Never will I ever go back to Walmart for batteries I will pay more for batteries to get the service I want. If you don't have a career plan this will be the best job to look into. EVAN BAILEY. Batteries are cheap and have a great warranty just be prepared to get a pamphlet about the battery and not a receipt for returns or core exchange. Which my old batteries still started the truck just not after 2 days not being driven. I'm not a mechanic don't know the mechanical way with batteries that's why I went here to get them, but never will I ever go here to get one installed knowing that my knowledge is far more than these mechanics.
