Also the reviews about how if you complain the owner attacks you are spot on. I'm not sure what the owner is playing at by posting my full name and where I live. This is very troubling behavior. Is she using information I provide when I get my car serviced and making it public? I'll be taking this to the appropriate authorities. First the dual price is NOT told to you when you select the service you want, give them your keys, and go sit in the lobby. It's only told to you when you go to pay after the service is completed. There are signs in the lobby. I didn't notice them until it was too late. I'm sorry but credit card fees are just the price of doing business. I'm paying $100+ for the service. You can eat the $3. Or don't advertise a price on huge banners outside. It's a bait and switch. Outside the service is $99. Inside they charge you $104. Again it's not about the $4. It's about the dishonesty. Each time I've come in, I've been greeted in a friendly, professional manner, and the service has always been efficient and reliable.
