This place advertises heavily on social media so I requested a phone call or chat based on their invitation to do so. Never happened, so I gave them a call. Nobody ever answered and then it disconnected. I then called back and spoke with 'Anastasia.' I was interested in possibly boarding but she was pitching training. I told her my dog was already trained. She doesn't sound like a trustworthy person. Most important to me was whether I could tour the facility before deciding anything. I got a hard 'no' with the reason given that "there are so many dogs and it's just too crazy." What does the number of dogs there have to do with touring the facility? She then told me I could watch a video tour. If I cannot see the facility I will just assume it is a filthy, poorly maintained, overcrowded dump- regardless of the social media image they curate. After checking the reviews my suspicion was confirmed and my dog will not be staying anywhere near this place! read more

We have been loyal, consistent customers of Topanga Pet Resort for quite some time and have boarded our German Shepherd there for weeks at a time. Until recently, we had generally trusted them with his care. During his most recent stay, the facility sent us photos showing visible wounds and lesions on his face and around his lips. The condition looked concerning enough that we immediately picked him up on Wednesday, May 27, and took him to the veterinarian for evaluation. Based on veterinary assessment, it appears that he may have contracted ringworm during his stay. Ringworm is highly contagious between dogs and can also easily spread to humans. Before this incident, we had already prepaid for an additional nine nights of boarding. Given his condition and how contagious ringworm infections are, we felt it would be irresponsible to return him to topanga pet resort because he could easily expose other dogs and staff. We notified Topanga Pet Resort immediately and provided at least four days' notice that he would not be returning for the prepaid reservation. What has been disappointing (besides the fact that our dog contracted an infection while staying at their facility) is that, despite the circumstances, Topanga Pet Resort has refused to issue a refund for the prepaid stay. Even more concerning, they informed us they would still be willing to board him for those prepaid nights despite being aware of the suspected highly contagious infection. We do not believe that is in the best interest of the other dogs, their owners, or their staff. As longtime customers, we expected a more responsible and thoughtful response. Instead, we were left paying for services we could not reasonably use after our dog developed a condition during his stay there. If you're considering this place, I highly suggest that you ask questions about illness protocols, infection prevention measures, and refund policies before booking. read more

We took our dog here for boarding and she came home with bite marks on her neck and body and we never got any notice or explanation. The wounds on her neck show she was likely pinned for a period of time and it appears the wounds occurred across multiple sessions based on the maturity of the wounds at the time we picked her up. I would not trust my pet's safety here again. read more

I'm going on second year or maybe it's three, but I will tell you to ping a dog resort is literally a life-changing addition to all of our whimsical travel. My husband and I often go last minute. It feels like I have a personal assistant that not only is available for me but gives me VIP support and of course takes care of my cute pup Frankie Incredibly well everyone at Topanga Pet Resort seems like they are so happy to be there. It's like you've walked into a family home. I have had no issues and I have used this kennel numerous times. Again for me the best is once you know them they really bend over backwards to help you out. There have been a few times that I was on a trip and wanted to extend my stay which is a simple text or even call. they accommodated me again. It feels like VIP service all the way. They are kind they care about pets and they treat their customers like valued celebrities! I think that's pretty awesome and I think anyone would be happy to know and utilize this service and again join this friendly illuminating community. BEWARE!! This review is long overdue... Late last spring (May-June '25) I was taking an international trip and needed to board my dog anyway, so I decided to do a board and train program. I called them up to see how it worked. I explained to them that she knew basic commands and that my only concern was her reactivity. That there was no rhyme or reason to it. Some dogs she was great with and others she would bark and lunge at, large, small, male, female, all different breeds, didn't matter. Or she could start out fine and then just snap out of nowhere. Tried group lessons and 1on1 training sessions before but nothing worked. So that was my only goal - to be able to take her out on walks or to the dog park and not have to constantly worry about her behavior. They explained that I would need to bring her in for an evaluation which they charged like a standard private training session. It was $120. I mention this not as a complaint that they didn't offer a free evaluation, but rather to dispell any notion of "you get what you pay for". During that evaluation I was assured by the trainer that they could absolutely help with her reactivity, no problem, they worked on dogs with these issues all the time. But he also made sure to mention a few times about how they might get the dog perfectly trained, but once the owner picked the dog up, if they didn't continue those trainings at home, then the dog would fall back into their bad habits... This was a (now) obvious excuse they use to blame the owners for the facility's own mediocre training methods. But at the time I thought to myself that it wasn't a problem, as I was committed to keep the training up at home if it meant an end to my dog's reactivity. After more assurances that they could help fix the reactivity issue, I decided to take the plunge and entrust them with my dog's broad and train. As I've seen mentioned in other reviews I also asked to see the facilities where my dog would be kept but was told I couldn't and they attempted to show me video footage, which honestly should have been a major red flag. The evaluation was a few weeks before my trip. It wasn't until the day I went to drop my dog off that they handed me all the paperwork to fill out and sign. Among this paperwork was a page stating that they CANNOT actually guarantee that their training will work. This was obviously a glaring red flag, but with less than 24 hrs until my international flight I didn't really have any other options. I paid over $5,200 for a 28 day board and train, which would have been well worth it if they had actually delivered. While I was gone they sent me two videos. Both were of my dog running their obstacle course, which I had absolutely zero interest in, I only cared about addressing her reactivity, but I foolishly assumed that was part of the reactivity training. I came to pick her up the day after I landed and I asked the trainer how it went...he told me about how she learned the "place" command and was getting really good at staying (but again, I didn't care about any of that). I asked how her reactivity was now and I got a very tepid "yeah it's good" which did not instill any confidence. The package also included some group sessions so we participated that same morning I picked her up. She was mostly fine, but again her reactivity is selective and she's done group classes elsewhere before. That being said the entirety of this group session was just more running through the obstacle course. The next day, as in really truly the very next day, I took her to meet my cousin's dog for the very first time in the 4 years that I've had her...and she snapped at my cousin's dog within a minute of sniffing each other. Topanga Pet Resort did nothing to help my dog with her reactivity in those four weeks that they had her. The only thing they did is run up and down ramps. Even if we say the boarding alone would have cost me $2,000 for the 28 days they had my dog that still means that they scammed me out of over $3,200 for a service that they never provided. There was much about this place that made me uncomfortable. I asked whether I could see any part of the facility -- the yard, where the dogs sleep or play, and was told "no, due to their "safety policy." I was there for about 20 minutes and did not see or hear a single dog, despite they said they had 50 dogs there. Instead of showing me the premises, they only offered to show me a video. Many positive Yelp reviews mention how clean and attractive the yard and facility are; however, dog owners are not allowed to see those areas. There is a huge lack of transparency. this is my honest review I would feel it would be wrong if I didn't let everyone who cares about their dog know I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid $350 with the expectation of professional guidance and support, yet the experience felt disrespectful, unprofessional, and ultimately unsafe for my dog. From the moment the trainer entered my home, several concerns arose--including ignoring my request regarding indoor cleanliness and wearing the same socks outdoors and indoors, tracking dirt into my house. Throughout the session, the trainer repeatedly diverted the conversation to personal beliefs and sales pitches, including claims about being more qualified than veterinary professionals, discouraging vaccines, and attempting to sell me $80,000 saunas and $12,000 programs despite my multiple clear statements that I was not interested. Not a single one of the 15 prepared questions I had was answered, and I did not receive any meaningful training or education during the visit. More concerning were the unsafe actions involving my dog. The trainer placed my dog in my chicken coop after I explicitly told him my dog was not fully vaccinated and that my veterinarian advised against exposure because my dog was recovering from antibiotic treatment for parasites. The trainer also encouraged my dog to drink from a dirty outdoor planter despite the risk of contamination from wildlife. I had to intervene immediately to prevent my dog from ingesting potentially harmful substances. Later that evening, my dog vomited for the first time since I've had him, which was alarming and deeply upsetting. Overall, I walked away from this experience feeling misled and taken advantage of. I have never felt this uncomfortable or dissatisfied with a professional service, and I cannot in good faith recommend this training to anyone seeking legitimate training or guidance. read more

We boarded our dog for 2 months and paid a fortune for 5 training sessions meant to teach the dog one thing and one thing only - how to fetch! They charged us $1,100 - and taught him absolutely nothing - and tried to blame him, because he's "too smart". They were happy to take the money and make promises and then not deliver. My mini Bernedoodle went to 1st evaluation and I was informed by one of the trainers that he was a great candidate for training. Axl was approx 8 months. I requested help and training with overly anxious and hyper-activeness. And Just basic behavioral training. I wanted to be able to take Axl to outings with me & family; such as, coffee cafes, outdoor restaurants etc. a family activity pet essentially. The trainer and owner suggested the 20 session training. But I was put off by paying for that many sessions initially. It was expensive and I wanted to start off with 10 sessions. I paid $2200. The first sessions he was housed at the facility 10 days & in vigorous training. On the 11th day my daughter and I (Axl's owners) went to facility and the owner I believed that was the lead trainer held an hour class to show the progress of all dogs in training that week or so. While Axl listened to commands like sit, lie down, heel etc there was no other obvious progress. And by the way, we had already taught Axl those commands. So the commands were nothing new to Axl. The trainer for almost the entire hour had dogs perform on the obstacle training ramps. Literally running up and down a slide. So I thought ok I'll trust the trainer's suggestion of 10 additional sessions. Another $2300 I paid. As stated initially, 20 sessions would be the required time to train my dog to become the best obedient dog and also to stop his hyperactive behavior. When I set up an appointment for 10 additional sessions I informed the front desk staff to inform the trainers to please continue working on his hyperactive behavior. He was still jumping all over us, jumping on guest that visited my house and barked consistently at other dogs. She informed that she would inform the trainers. But to no avail. After a whopping 20 sessions, Axl had not improved in any way. Still hyperactive. Still barks at every dig, etc. jumps on guests and neighbors NO CHANGE. NO PROGRESS. and the training staff promised that I would be able to take my dog out for activities etc. as I mentioned above. I feel my money was wasted. That's a lot of money to pay with ZERO positive results. $4500 lost and wasted. The training I would never recommend to anyone. Another issue was He received a bath for $65 before leaving for his weekend break and my dog's coat was horribly dry & hard. poodles, doodles have real hair and I'm assuming the shampoo was cheap cheap & harsh. The last straw was after he completed the 2nd ten sessions I requested a drop off to my home. The driver literally took my dog to another address and text me "I'm here!" I looked outside, no Topanga Resort truck!!!! I text back and he was at another address. Imagine if the delivery person walked to the door of this unknown address with my puppy Bernedoodle, strangers would have literally taken my dog. For themselves or as a money grab. I'm totally sickened that I threw away $4500. I only blame myself for choosing this dog training facility & trusting the words of the trainers. And I understand that a combination of professional dog training and the owners of the dog complete this process of having a well-behaved dog, but the basics come from the dog trainer because they're the professionals they skilled and certified. But the trainers laid no groundwork. The trainers built no foundation from what me as the owner could further build on or progress with my dog behavior. read more

I have been very happy with Topanga Pet Resort. Prior to going here we were taking our dog to Petsmart for daycare and boarding. All we ever heard was she's too energectic, she's too big, she jumps on dogs. They eventually banned her from daycare and cancelled her boarding the day of a trip. I called Topanga Dog Resort in a panic and they were able to take her in for boarding that day. Since then I have been using them for daycare here and there and my dog is so happy. She gets to run with dogs her size and she comes home so tired we literally don't see her for the rest of the day. I am so happy we found this place and hope to use them soon for training. read more

Been taking my dog there for daycare once in a while. It's been good so far , staff is friendly and helpful but unfortunately my dog caught Kennel Cough!! Took him to the vet and between exams, blood tests, x-rays , antibiotics, meds I spent about $1100! So I won't bring him back anymore. Just can't take the chance. read more

I was told by Julia to pay $120 dollars for them to assess my dog's behavior and then the money goes towards the training but that wasn't true. So I zelled them the 120 dollars and when it came to paying for the class they said no the 120 goes toward class if you buy the whole Package which I believe was 4000+ for boot camp for 20 sessions. Luckily I only paid for 5 sessions about $1100. Then I was told I should come back Saturday at 9 am, and I will be trained from 9-10 am on what my dog learned so I can work with him at home. But that wasn't the case; they walked him out and all they said is have leash on him and pull it when he does something wrong. I was just shocked by the condition that my dog was in. First of all he was snorting and was out of breath, they said oh its nothing, its because he is excited, then I noticed his left eye is red, and it didn't seem normal to me. They said oh it's nothing its just cherry eye. He was washed before he goes into boot camp and he came out just dirty. I went home just crying for an hour, feeling bad for my dog. On top of it they removed the leash and were telling me who is 9 months pregnant oh you can just hold him to take him to your car. Seriously like you already have additional 120 dollars that I paid, you couldn't give me a leash??? Overall I don't recommend them, it seems like they have too many dogs to pay attention to them. I don't appreciate them lying to me twice; once about the $120 dollars that will go toward training cost and 2nd the training from 9-10 am which didn't happen. My concerns about my dogs health were dismissed by just saying oh its nothing. read more

Didn't end up booking here but went for a temperament test before boarding and didn't like it at all. The staff seemed semi-friendly but for a $15 consultation I was hoping to actually be able to tour the place (we only made it to the counter). They perform the test in the training area & show you how your dog is doing on a live TV but that's not where the dogs are actually staying for boarding so it's not a realistic representation. We saw a glimpse of where the actual play area was and it was all dirt- completely different from what was shown on the TV. Overall, I think the consultation was a scam. For $15, my dog was taken to an empty training area where he walked in a lap for 2 minutes with only one other dog & was escorted back to the cashier. If you want your dog to get accustomed to the area/other dogs, it is a $20-40 charge to leave them there for either 2-4 hours. This is not normal compared to other boarding places where we were actually given a full tour & offered to leave our dog there for the whole day to get accustomed (the entire thing is free). Also, it is located on a super windy road. read more

This is definitely a five star pet experience ! I can tell by her behavior when she came home! Completely different dog. She was so well-behaved and calm . Turns out on this trip she realized it was time to socialize with other dogs. Even at night time she had a cuddle buddy with her . How sweet she made a friend. What I know about this place is the owner trains service dogs. He also lives on the property. Plenty of outside time. I knew it was a good place when she left without saying goodbye to us. Please If you love your dogs do not bring them here. I want to make it clear that I have never written a review before, let alone a bad one. I'm not the kind of person that would comment here if I didn't think it was extremely important. I've brought my dog here 4 times. The first time was great they took pictures of him every day he played with dogs and went on a hike. When I took him home he was exhausted and slept most of the day. But I noticed in the 3 visits after that, he would come home with so much energy I started to wonder if they were letting him play. They also stopped sending me pictures even though I payed extra for them. Every time I picked him up I would ask if he was good and they always told me yes that he is very friendly with the other dogs. The very last time he stayed there, i had a friend pick him up and she was told by the front desk that he was being kept in solitary confinement every time after that first visit. For days he was all by himself watching all the other dogs play together. When I called and asked why they would do this they claimed I asked for it (which I would never do). They also charged me extra for him to be isolated and that was not on the invoice. Finally after continuously telling them I did not agree they finally told me they made the decision on their own because he isn't nurtured yet. But they knew that the first time and let him play with the other dogs. I asked why I wasn't at least informed and they claimed they did and it's on the invoice with the paid pictures and hike (it was not). Now they are refusing to refund the cost of keeping him isolated. I also always put one of my shirts in my dogs bag so he can smell me at night and they never return the shirt. I'm missing 4 shirts and when I asked about it they said sorry they are very bad at returning personal items and it probably got lost. They said next time maybe don't bring a shirt but it's important to me he smells me at night. The women here were also incapable of handling my dog. He's very friendly and submissive but he's still a large puppy only 1 years old and is still very energetic and jumpy. The "trainers" would get scared and run away when he would get energetic and playful. They are not trained and don't even seem to understand dogs. There are so many more small things this place did that made me uncomfortable but this is becoming a really long review so I'll just leave it at that. I really hope this message finds the right people and hopefully I can help stop other people from trusting this place. There are so many other places like this in the valley that really do care and are professional. Please go to them. This place should not exist. read more

Place feels like it has fallen apart - would be curious to know what others are experiencing since the ownership change. We usually leave our 2 dogs here when we go out of town - but lately it's felt like 'chaos' whenever we call to get an update. Employees answering the phone seem 'confused' when we are trying to get information of how the dogs are generally doing .. worst part is on this last visit .. one dog was left with 5 weeks worth of food and the other dog with 3 weeks worth of food to make sure they didn't run low during their 15 nights stay. Somehow they both ran out of food after 10 days. Literally impossible.. then TPR switched the dogs to their in-house food without notice. They told us on the day of pick up they called to get authorization and neither my wife nor I received a call (nor would we have authorized it-- we would of had a friend drop off food if it was low).. on top of that - We also sent an email during the stay to see how they were doing and they didn't have any issues nor was a low food issue mentioned. Now we're dealing with 2 dogs having diarrhea from the abrupt food change. Professionalism is 0/10 Trust 0/10 Value 0/10 read more

From the moment I spoke to the girl on the phone to inquire about boarding and training I was lied to. I brought home my miniature poodle from Topanga pet resort weeks ago and I dreaded writing this review but I am out of almost $12,000 and I told these people on the phone before they took my money that I need help with potty training and basic commands on and off leash Because when the puppies in the house, I don't have her on a leash so I need her to understand commands. Not one command does she understand off leash. When my husband and I dropped off our poodle puppy in April, she said OK and you need to be here for group classes and I told her you said nothing about that on the phone and I'm a full-time caregiver to my mom and can't leave her and you're in Calabasas and I'm in Beverly Hills and it takes one hour to drive out there and one hour class and another 45-60 minutes to drive home. I went to one group class dogs of all sizes and three of them were extremely aggressive and large and being trained for security dogs. All they did was have all these different ramps and slides like a Russian circus dog and that's not what I wanted for training. Then the owner wears master trainer on his shirt and then there's other trainers that either wear Trainer on their shirt or something else it's ridiculous. They steal your money. It's overpriced and I was told on the phone prior to bringing our puppy in that there would be 8 in home training classes FREE of charge. On the day, I picked her up to bring her home in June. I was told there are only 2 free in home training classes and 2 classes at their place in Calabasas which again I can't do that and leave my mom and I was very upfront about that. They stole almost $12,000 from me and delivered. Nothing I am beyond furious. Do not go to this place. find another training and boarding facility. This place is not good at all. They are crooks. They are liars and they don't deliver what they promise. Also let me backtrack the first time I was there for the training class I said good morning to the owner. He just looks at me and points with his finger in a demanding voice you sit there dog goes there. These people are not good trainers and I believe are dishonest. They failed to train my pet and WILL NOT own up to that failure. They also did not complete the training contract AND will not own up to it. Look at their web page, you cannot leave a review, they only post positive reviews, which are probably friends. I should have listened to all the other reviews. This place is a complete disaster. No one there seems to have any idea what they're doing, and if they look this disorganized in the front and I can only imagine how bad it is in the back with the dogs. One time when I came to pick up my dog, after waiting 20 minutes I started asking the manager (the guy in a beanie and long hair, he seems to be the root of most of the issues) what was going on, he radioed the staff and the response was 'We don't know where he is'. One woman overheard that who was dropping her dog off for boarding and decided to take her dog and leave. Next time I brought my dog in for a half day, based on how disorganized they had been every time I've been there I immediately got home to see if they charged me for a full day, which sure enough they did. I called to let the manager know, he said he would refund the full amount, here we are a month later and no refund. I wonder if it's because he straight up lied to me or if he just doesn't know how to process a refund. Neither would surprise me. Almost every time I go there the staff is bringing out the wrong dog to the wrong people which makes this same manager aggressively berate them. My dog has come back multiple times looking very disheveled and he has been going to daycare his whole life with no issues. I also have NEVER seen the dogs in the yard, whether I am picking up or dropping off. Please please listen to all the reviews and stay so far away from this place. This is yet another confirmation that the Topanga Pet Resort is NOT interested in your dog or your actual needs and requests. I gave them their $120 fee (prior to our appointment) to assess our pup. I explained that I was looking mainly for day care and boarding for both of our dogs, and perhaps a bit of training for our young puppy. I was told that the $120 deposit could be used towards any of their services. When we took our pup in for the evaluation, they attempted to sign us up for a program that was $4,400. For a golden doodle! It was such a turn off, as it was an almost comical money grab. When we were clearly not interested in the $4,400 service they attempted to sell us other pricey services - each time getting a little cheaper. I still thought I might give them a chance by setting up a training class and seeing if it was helpful to our puppy. When I confirmed that I wanted to use our $120 credit for the session, they told me I could only use the $120 toward a (pricey) bootcamp package. This was NOT what I was told when I agreed to pay the deposit. I was never interested in bootcamp. Imagine, they wanted me to pay an additional $120! I let them know how I felt, told them I would be sharing my experience on Yelp, and I put in a dispute on my credit card. Only AFTER all this did I receive a call from them offering to let us use the credit for the training class. Also during this call they were still attempting to upsell pricey options saying it was best for my dog. It all felt so greedy and truly had nothing to do with my dog or with our desires for him. From start to finish Topanga Pet Resort just wanted the most money they could squeeze from us... Buyer beware! read more

Alex is the office manager, and she is friendly professional and efficient. We were welcomed warmly and acquainted with the billing practices and school protocols, and then we had a delightful tour of the expansive grounds. The facilities and the equipment are top notch , five stars, and the kennels appear to be clean and well staffed with about a 6:1 dog to kennel staff ratio. Eevee has done many basic training classes but she is still is really struggling with anxiety and fearful aggression/ overexcited play. She is not likely to enjoy herself in a regular boarding kennel or dog daycare setting. She needs to learn some foundational impulse control skills, and receive specialized behavior intervention for her fearful aggressive/ anxious tendencies I am so grateful that with the supervision of Maxima and Becca and the rest of the staff, I can go out of town and trust that my anxious dog will receive hours of valuable training and supervision and care but also I will rest better on my out of town trip knowing that my anxious little friend will sleep soundly trusting The Royal Fog School staff to keep her safe and secure in the boarding kennel during her off hours in the kennel after doggy school. While I'm away, I'm not going to worry about her the way I might at a 4star kennel that's not well staffed; she has a tender heart and a lot of separation anxiety so I want to know she'll be well tended sitting the kennel hours of her board and train session. I know that with Topanga Pet Resorts 5 star staff and facilities that my anxious girl will sleep soundly and safely while I'm out of town, and will receive top notch social skills and obedience training! I took my rottweiler Vulkan to Topanga pet resort , and the results were fantastic! The trainers are skilled, patient, and really understand the breed. They tailored the training to my dog's needs, and I noticed a huge improvement in his behavior. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and safe. read more

0 stars if possible. I came in to get an evaluation on my dog and left 620 dollars here for a service I never went thru with. 120 for the evaluation and 500 for boot camp. I didn't take my pet here after doing more investigation on this place. Now they won't return my $500 for services I never went thru with and that they will hold it for me for a future pet? Like hello? I didn't want to bring my first pet here let alone my second one. read more

We have been going to Topanga Pet Resort for over 10 years. Unfortunately we will no longer be doing business with them. Our new dog Newt was supposed to go in for a boarding evaluation for a Christmas trip we have coming up and needed to board our dogs. We ended showing up early to be told by the front desk employee that they were not able do the evaluation today because they are short staffed. When I asked why they didn't call us when they knew they couldn't honor our appointment the front desk employee said because he forgot as they get busy. I told him to cancel the holiday reservation for our other dogs. We were a little weary about the new ownership after reading reviews about their other facilities and after today's bout of unprofessionalism we will no longer support this business. read more

I'm not sure what to say. I was so excited to bring my dog for training here. I called and asked about prices and they seemed agreeable. So I brought my dog in for an evaluation and they said oh it cost $120 for a training evaluation we have you schedule for just a basic eval. When I called to schedule I talked to a man named Michael. Although he was very nice, he completely denied saying the rates (which he presented cheater rates than was presented to me in person) AND said that I never told him about the training evaluation. It was the only reason I was calling. I think I must have mentioned by dogs behavior nearly every moment on the phone with him. So that was my first red flag. Then I get there and it's $120 to even do the training evaluation. No one told me this. I specifically called about rates and training. But what I was told was only day boarding and day care. Then we do the eval. Which was on, but I couldn't even understand the trainer. The staff is all nice, but I get back to the office and they separate me from my dog and then proceed to sit me down and starch these videos of how "great they are". Then they show me the "actual" prices and it's between 5k-30k for training. While I was being sincere and told them very calmly about feeling that they had sort of scammed me. They made me feel like I couldn't leave the office without making a decision. That type of bullying and warring down someone into purchasing something is not ok. Thank goodness I have a sales back ground and I understand that tactic which I would never use myself because it's just a toxic way to behave to someone. They are not transparent about anything there. I quickly left with a smile on my face. Definitely going somewhere else. There are a ton of 1 star reviews and now I understand why.
