2 minutes ago I had an appt for 230 on friday the 29th. This appt was a contributing factor to me taking OFF work. As I arrive to my 230 appt they closed the office, with out calling to cancel or rescheduling to a mutual convenient time. Wow if this how they operate as an establishment imagine how the operate on your body. Where is their respect for a client time, or the courtesy to call and say hey dont bother coming to your appt cause we are closing the office early!!! read more

Dr. Lambruski permanently disfigured me and took zero accountability for we hat he had done for me .. I had gotten breast implants 20 years ago and I needed them replaced..I was supposed to have a relatively uncomplicated procedure... I do not know why but Dr lambruschi went completely around both my nipples under my breasts and up to the nipple I I have raised purple scars everywhere he cut me and my stitches are like raised rope thick and also purple.. I waited a year for the scars to heal and when they didn't I went in and Dr lambruski told me to go to Victoria's secret by a Lacey bra and keep it on that was his solution I explained to him I had to pay $9,000 over three credit cards not to mention that I am physically grotesque now and offered me nothing and then months later I called and left a message saying can he take at least his portion of the bill off my credit card and crickets I never heard a word couldn't even be bothered to reply.. I strongly recommend that you do not go to Dr Lambruski he obviously doesn't care about his patients or his reputation.. I've had a cartilage keloid for more than 4 years due to a bad piercing. Over the years it grew bigger and bigger. (the size of a quarter ) It was embarrassing! I would never wear my hair down. I came across Valley Plastic Surgery Center. I called and made an appointment for consultation. The consultation was professional and efficient. Dr. Lambruschi was kind, funny and informative about the procedure. The day of the surgery was nerve wrecking. I didn't know what to expect. I am 17 and began my search for a plastic surgeon to do my nose well over a year ago. Valley Plastic Surgery Center was the first place that I had a real consultation at and I was instantly comfortable there. Dr Lambruschi and everyone else working there was nice, funny, and down to earth. He knew exactly how to fix my nose and it turned out beautifully, I am so happy with the results. Bad experience with Dr. Lambruschi, he needs to retire. I had upper and bottom eyelid surgery. My right eye healed very well but my left is totally screwed up. I have a bubble underneath my eye because he cut too low and because of this the skin overlapped and now I have a permanent bump and cinched skin underneath my left eye and it looks like cinched curtains!! I'm permanently scarred and I wear my hair over my eye now and now more self conscious than ever as this can't be repaired!!! Don't go to him!!!!! My photos shown of left bad eye surgery. read more

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I should've RUN AWAY FAST very fast!! In 1999 when Dr. Lambruschi told me he could make me look like a playboy bunny, I said "I don't want to look like a playboy bunny", I've had three children I just want my breasts to not look like flat pancakes. He's very smarmy!!! At the time silicone was not allowed so he put in the textured, I believe they were called MAM, saline style implants. He kept trying to talk me into bigger bigger bigger ones. I was much younger at the time. Today I would walk out of his office because of the disrespect he showed for women. Always acting very flirty...inappropriate for a professional doctor. I had saved my money for 10 years and did much research before having this procedure. I had never had a surgery before either. As I was sitting in my hospital gown minutes before surgery and having been briefly introduced to the anesthesiologist, the doctor asked me if I wanted to go in under the arm. I was aware of the fact going underneath the breast would leave a small scar but I did not care, all I wanted to do was wear a swimming suit or find a bra that fit me. And my husband didn't care about a little scar under my breast either. Lambruschi was very convincing and I allowed him to go into the armpit. He said there would be no visible scar. Well if your scars heal normally that may be true but I had much trouble with my left scar healing. Now I have a big scar in my left armpit (visible even with clothes on) where I would have no visible scars with clothes on if the scars were right under my breasts. After the surgery I began noticing that I had trouble swallowing. And now 20 years later, I'm struggling with that issue. But that's a really long story. Then in 2006 my right breast ruptured. Unfortunately as bad luck would have it, I had a plastic surgeon named Dr Roberg who was arrested and retired in disgrace(and probably in prison)after writing him self prescriptions for OxyContin. He removed the implants with a block type anesthesia and that turned out to be a fiasco also. And now I have scars under the breasts anyhow. Longer story very shortened....PLEASE don't go to Lambruschi!!!! If nothing else, than the fact that he's a smarmy man that treats women with little respect!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Dr Rosenberg has been my plastic surgeon for quite a few years now and I'm happy to say I've always felt younger than what I am and now because of him I look younger than my age. Its been a few years since I let these people do work on me, my chest is totally disfigured and will never bee the same again

I have had a rhinoplasty from Dr. Rosenberg as well as had about 50 moles removed throughout the years. He got rid of the bump near the top of my nose that had bugged me my entire life and did it in a way where it doesn't look like I actually have a nose job but just that the bump was removed which was perfect. He's always willing to do follow-ups to make sure you are happy. He did a face lift on my mom as well and made her look at least 10 years younger. read more

I went here because my sister had her eyebrows tattooed by Jayne Willis and they look incredible! I had my initital consultation with Jayne who is a clinical aesthetician. She is wonderful! She is very kind and caring, receptive to concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'm sorry the other reviewer didn't get a chance to speak with Jayne because I'm sure she would've loved her once she was actually able to talk to her. By the way, I did not have the same experience with the front desk. They now have a man working the desk so maybe the other lady is gone? Once Jayne started the tattooing (I never had a tattoo before), she explained the procedure as she went along. She uses pigment for the tattoo not ink. She explained the differences bewtween ink and pigment and how long it should last, etc. I got it done on a Thursday (she's not in the office on Fridays and doesn't do tattooing on Saturdays because she wants to take her time to do it right) and she told me if I had absolutely ANY concern or question to call the office and they would call her cell phone and she would get back to me right away. Fortunately I didn't need to call her. I was so glad that she explained what would happen after the tattoo because it healed just as she said it would, with some scabbing taking some of the "extra" pigment with it but my eyebrows didn't look patchy at all after that happened. I went for my free touch up a month later, I had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time but I was fine with that because I know on the first visit she ran 10-15 minutes over because she wanted to get it perfect. I figured she was probably doing the same with the patient before me so I completely understood. I appreciated the extra time she took with me so I would hope she would do that for everyone. Anyway, I explained to Jayne that I wanted the eyebrows to be thicker. She said that is why she sets up the touch up at least 30 days after, so the patient can live with the tattoo and determine what they like or don't like about it, plus it takes about that time to heal and to reveal the true color (it definitely starts out darker which is something she anticipates with the initial tattoo). She also can add more color at this touch up appointment as well. Jayne said nothing I could say would hurt her feelings because I was the one who had to "wear" the eyebrows and she wanted the patient to be happy. I ended up going back to Jayne for a facial peel a month later. Again, she explained the whole procedure and told me what was happening and what to expect in the coming weeks. I really can't say enough about Jayne. She truly does care about the patient. read more

I love Valley Plastic surgery. I had Dr. Phil perform my initial breast augmentation 13 years ago and he did a fantastic job. I developed a capsule shortly after and he fixed it immediately with no cost to me except for the anesthesia. I only decided to have them redone 13 years later because I developed some scar tissue that was causing me pain. I had the saline implants replaced with silicone and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Phil has always been honest and is not pushy into going big. Dr. Lambruschi and staff we all fabulous people. However as far as cosmetic procedures, I'd like to caution others that his judgement of proportionate and mine were way off. I never complained and wish, now that I had. We agreed on the reduction amount in the office before surgery, but I felt he did what he wanted during surgery. While I can say I have a slight improvement, I would NOT say that my goal was met. Hope this saves someone from the same let down. read more

Valley Plastic Surgery is awesome! I had a lower blepharoplasty and a breast augmentation procedure done in March of 2016. Dr. Lambruschi was my plastic surgeon and he was professional, intelligent, and caring. Two days after my breast augmentation surgery, I developed a hematoma and Dr. Lambruschi saw me immediately and corrected the problem. Dr. Rosenberg seemed very professional and caring as well. I called Valley Plastic Surgery after a client of mine went for a consultation for a peel (she had not had the actual procedure yet) and I wanted to speak with the practitioner she had seen at her consultation and ask some questions and possibly set up a consultation of my own. First I got the receptionist who acted like she wasn't really interested in hearing what I had to say, but she reluctantly transferred me to a nurse. The nurse treated me as if I was wasting her time and said she would see that the practitioner who did the peels called me back. That was days ago and it is pretty obvious no one there has any interest in calling me back. I am very disappointed and amazed that I was spoken to as if my call was not important and more so that no one has bothered to return my call. I will not call them back and will never go there for any sort of procedure. Satisfyinhg the patient is obviously not their first concern. read more
