PRO's: Thankfully, my son has always been transported safely CON's: This bus service is NOT reliable. As of right now, my son (on average) is late for school two out of every five days. Their communication method, the app, would be wonderful if it was used. We typically don't receive bus route updates until after the fact. An example is receiving a notice after the bus is already an hour late, saying it will be late an additional 20-25 minutes. The kids are literally sitting at the bus stop at 7:20 am (in the cold and dark) waiting at times anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours for the bus to show up. Both unacceptable and unsafe. I've called the company on numerous occasions and have never received a call back. When I'm fortunate to have someone answer the phone, they never have answers as to where the bus is, when it will be there, or if they have a bus driver for my son's route (so I can make appropriate arrangements). I'm at the point of finding alternate transportation for my son due to this ongoing problem. Thank goodness the school district has found another bus company to contract with for next school year!

The driver contacted me ahead of time by text to introduce herself, provide her contact info, and to ask about chilled champagne and sparkling apple cider. She showed up early. She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out. Having rented several limos from different companies, I was impressed with how pristine the limo was. The interior lighting worked perfectly, no busted buttons or marks on the seats. So far I'd recommend, though them being actually based in NV seemed to make communication among staff/drivers delayed. (Ie I didn't get ANY confirm that a ride was actually coming until the day of...the hr of the ride... that I had scheduled 3 business days prior (& MTM appeared to send quickly to ACE, so that wasn't the delay... ) That said, both the drivers I had were SO nice. I was driving 20 MPH as I entered a school zone at 4:00pm on a Monday and the van with a Vegas style sign on the door swerved around me at a quick clip and sped around another car driving 20 in the school zone. If this is how drivers for a transportation company drives, I don't want to gamble with their terrible driving.
