Needless to say I was so stressed about picking someone. THANKFULLY, I found David Romero. We are SO happy with the job he did. Not only did he tear out and re-install the shower, he was the contractor and coordinated everything from the plumbing, wall repairs, the cabinet shop for our vanity cabinet, the company we purchased the vanity quartz countertop, etc. This relieved us of the stress of communicating with the other companies. David knows what he is doing, very experienced and is a perfectionist. He custom built the niche for shampoos, soap, etc the size and placement I wanted. As well as fabricated another corner shelf out of the shower tile we picked. The tile work on the bathroom floor is also amazing. He did so many things that made our bathroom a beautiful upgrade. I can't express enough how amazing he is at his skill of not only tile, but all other aspects of remodel and repairs. David does not rush and takes the time needed in order to do the job correctly. Even though the complete remodel with David took six weeks, it is WORTH the result of a beautiful bathroom. You get what you pay for with him, which includes quality craftsmanship and trustworthiness. I might add, the inside of the bathroom door was pretty shabby and I was looking into having the door and frame replaced. That would have included three other doors so they would match. David repaired, prepped and painted the door/frame beautifully so I don't have to replace it! I couldn't be happier about that. I could go on and on about his quality work. Never got an ETA and wasted over 2 hours of my day for someone who never showed, never responded to a follow up text and call asking for an ETA. Not really sure why someone would bother to set up an appointment and make contact with no intentions of showing up or at least having the decency to say they have no intentions of showing up. It's sad that everything is so expensive these days, yet the quality of service and expectations are so poor. These businesses have 0 customer service skills anymore.
