Coach Brett and Cat have been amazing and beyond instrumental in his progress these past few seasons. They are wonderful at challenging the kids in ways that truly bring them out of their shell and take them to the next level in their skills and what they are capable of. They have created so much confidence in him, and their connection to the kids they coach is incredible. In addition to working with them during the AYSO season, he attends their Summer and Winter camps regularly - it is his absolutely favorite of all the camps offered. I did receive the information HOWEVER, I followed up with "great how can I make a deposit? Can I swing by to view the space?" Never received a reply. I figured it's a business they are likely busty. So I made it a point to visit to hopefully secure a spot for the birthday party. I was advised to visit after 8pm as someone to help would likely be there at that time. In addition I was told to try calling the number I had already tried connecting with. My issue isn't so much not being able to host an event here as much as it's the lack of communication. I waited a few days as I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt...which then lead me to lose potential other locations for the event. Just not great business.

The day of the party was absolutely perfect my family and I were allowed to go in 30 minutes prior to the party to set up. Once our guest arrived everything was done and ready to have a great game of basketball. Most importantly my son had an amazing time and his friends enjoyed their time at his party. The owner requested a deposit immediately and texted me a confirmation -- but it had the wrong date. I replied right away to correct it, only to be told he "doesn't use the phone for communication," even though that's how he sent the confirmation in the first place. I even called back within minutes (Zelle has daily limits so I could only send part of the deposit at first), and he assured me verbally not to worry and that no new confirmation was needed once the remainder was paid. I paid the rest 1.5 months before the event, called two weeks prior to check in, and he again confirmed that "if you paid, you're booked." A week before, I called to adjust the time. Still confirmed. Day of the party, I texted asking if we could bring TVs to watch the World Series -- he calls back and says he has no idea what I'm talking about and claims my booking was for a totally different day and time. Kids, families, and food were already lined up to celebrate. Complete scramble. No accountability. No offer to fix it. Instead we were told we wouldn't be getting our money back. We ended up relocating the entire party last minute to another venue. I'm not writing this to be spiteful -- things happen -- but the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. If you book here, get everything in writing, double confirm dates, and don't rely on verbal assurances. The inconsistency, lack of responsibility, and unwillingness to acknowledge the mistake is what made this experience so disappointing. Oh and guess what? I even sent him more $$ to add on a bouncer week of! Still haven't seen 1 dollar back.

The ladies were responsive, polite & the one onsite helped me setup decorations. Thankfully our party small (15 people) so we didn't have a lot but they only have a mini fridge & a small freezer/fridge that we stuffed all food, drinks & cake into (we brought a tiny cooler last minute). The patio area is big but the huge fridge outside doesn't work, the furniture looks worn (the metal tables were fine). I just suggest going onsite so you have a better idea of what's available so you can plan for it.

I called the store to confirm they had received it before i drove out and was told they didnt have it and call the Pasadena store. I called the store and was told it would ship out at the end of the week. It's now been over a month and my son wasn't able to play in his 1st tournament because he didn't have the uniform. I understand that its a custom club kit and could take a little longer which is why i waited 2 weeks before trying to pick it up from the Woodland Hills store, but why say ready in 5 days when it isn't and they don't offer any status update unless you call. Just to hear that it will ship at the end of the week. Its been over a month and still nothing. Very disappointed. Im not the only one. Many kids from the club are having the same issue. We signed up our son for Northridge spring soccer league. The soccer game started last Saturday 4/4. We tried emailing Jason Gianni twice for this information, but never received a response. My husband called the rec center and all they can provide is the email to Dwayne Finley, the Senior Recreation Director. We emailed him twice and we still haven't heard from him. I called Northridge Rec Center three times today and no one answers. At this point, with their lack of care and consideration, we want a refund. And trying to get our money back has been so frustrating!! They rob my son of the opportunity to play soccer then they literally rob us! Be warned if you sign up for any of their leagues.
