Coach Brett and Cat have been amazing and beyond instrumental in his progress these past few seasons. They are wonderful at challenging the kids in ways that truly bring them out of their shell and take them to the next level in their skills and what they are capable of. They have created so much confidence in him, and their connection to the kids they coach is incredible. In addition to working with them during the AYSO season, he attends their Summer and Winter camps regularly - it is his absolutely favorite of all the camps offered. We are so grateful to the Coerver team and encourage everyone to try out their programs!

I eventually received a text message to which I replied with hopes to get information on hosting a birthday party here. I did receive the information HOWEVER, I followed up with "great how can I make a deposit? Can I swing by to view the space?" Never received a reply. I figured it's a business they are likely busty. So I made it a point to visit to hopefully secure a spot for the birthday party. I was advised to visit after 8pm as someone to help would likely be there at that time. In addition I was told to try calling the number I had already tried connecting with. My issue isn't so much not being able to host an event here as much as it's the lack of communication. I waited a few days as I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt...which then lead me to lose potential other locations for the event. Just not great business.

However I went in and spoke to the owner who reassured me that everything would be fine that they have. I ended up getting everything in email and that eased my mind. The day of the party was absolutely perfect my family and I were allowed to go in 30 minutes prior to the party to set up. Once our guest arrived everything was done and ready to have a great game of basketball. Most importantly my son had an amazing time and his friends enjoyed their time at his party. However, instead of first apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, you asked why I left a bad review. You also said that my review wouldn't affect your business. Perhaps that is true, but that isn't the point. The point is how you treat people and communicate with them. I understand that receiving a negative review is frustrating, but I believe the better approach would have been to calmly listen to my concerns and try to resolve the issue. Brought me out white and pink or white and orange and said that's all he had. Didn't offer to help with sizing or anything just threw them out on a bench. My son was like whatever I'll take the white and orange. We got in the car and went to go run an errand and decided to look online. Were able to find a pair that was a darker color for half the price online. Went back to return the white ones after our errand there's a different guy there.
