I showed up right when they were about to close and they were more than happy to accommodate me in getting the bike ready. They also helped me with suggesting where to look for good riding areas. As for the rental, it was a nice Specialized Diverge road bike. It was in great shape and they installed my pedals and ensured the bike was set up for me. The rental rates were way better than any other bike shop, which the next closest for my type of biking was in Halifax. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking to rent a bike or need to pick up a part or require a repair. Rose and Alan seem like a great team and I am so happy with my experience.
