When I went to talk to the owner about it he did not return my calls. The secretary took my information to process my payment but never processed it so the following year they wanted me to pay for both years. I wanted to talk again with the owner to see if he was willing to work something out because I didn't expect the double charge. The preparer calls me back to settle the issue and pay for just one of the years. Now this year I wanted to file again with them as they had done right i thought, but this year he hung up on me after he told me that the owner was angry with me for skipping a payment. I really wanted to give my business back however when they first quoted my today it was $125 cheaper then when the rude preparer got on the phone along with somehow never being able to talk to the owner, I am done with their chaivinistic attitude and good luck in life for being so rude.

Heather was upbeat and helpful -- gave me appointment time I wanted and reminded me of everything I needed to bring. Ralph is the most efficient person I've had do my taxes. I have several W-2s, several bank statements, and because of the move, tax payments and rebates from two states. Ralph reviewed my previous year's returns, which included selling/buying houses. Ralph breezed through all the paperwork and had my taxes filed electronically before I realized it. He then gave me a folder that had the State return (with the included addressed envelope!) that I had to send in on one side, and copies of everything else on the other side. I feel at ease with the answers Ralph gave to my questions and the advice he provided about this year's taxes.
