On top of that, I told them about some other work I needed done, and they quoted me over $1000 less than the quote I got from American Tire Depot for the same work. The staff is kind, friendly, and welcoming. I did have to call to check in every few hours to check on the progress of the repair when I took my car in for the big job. I would gladly come back just hopefully not need to too soon ;)

I got a nail in my tire and urgently needed help. Other shops refused to patch it and pressured me to spend over $200 on a single new tire. I was in tears and didn't know what to do. By some miracle, a quick Google search led me to JJ's. He looked at my tire and gave me an honest assessment. Not only did he patch it, but he also showed me the real issue--my front tire was so worn that the wiring was showing. He found me a used tire in excellent condition, fixed the problem, and patched the other tire as well. He was caring, straightforward, and had everything done in under half an hour--for just $100. I left feeling blown away and incredibly grateful. I'll definitely be coming back for more tires, because mechanics like JJ deserve our support. Bottom line, I recommend JJ 100% for his unbeatable prices, efficient service, and genuine kindness.

Despite being near closing time, they offered me a very reasonable price for all four tires, including mounting and balancing--and told me they could do it that same evening. The only issue was that my son was still at soccer practice with about an hour to go, and I didn't want him waiting around afterward. When I explained that, they told me they could get the tires done in less than 10 minutes. My response was sure buddy! I quickly agreed--and let me tell you, it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew in action! Fast, efficient, and professional. I was genuinely impressed.
