Everything was also reasonably priced and affordable. The waiting area is really comfortable with a couch, a large fan, a coffee station and water. They also have a shuttle in case you need a ride somewhere if you're leaving your car for a longer period of time. They have such good customer service, I believe it was the owner and Christian I spoke with when first arriving, they took a look at my tires instantly & they gave me their recommendations and didn't pressure or try to upsell anything. They are very trustworthy, reliable and as someone with anxiety, I found myself at ease with how they handled everything. They also do oil changes! And they have a German Auto shop right across from them that specializes in Mercedes and German cars! :) I was pleased to see a lot of Mercedes around ranging from older to newer as that was what I was bringing in.
