Then tell me to drop my ATTITUDE. Wouldn,t have an attitudeif they could do the job. It seems that this Terry is the only person that can order parts. NOW I know your going to say no big deal. Quick to take my deposit. Faster to sell the unit to someone else…read more I was searching through many dealers to purchase a travel trailer, untill I found and fell in love with a unit at the Donna location. I was happy to give my $500 deposit to place the unit on hold, as we looked into the financing options. After a week, the salesman and I were about to close the deal and THE UNIT WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. I went to obtain my deposit; while the manager kept defending his actions without any apology. To "make it right" I was offered another unit at a lower cost, saving thousands, but I would rather purchase another trailer at retail price than go through that terrible experience again. Because I was less upset and more DISGUSTED with the experience, this will be my first and last time I will try to do business with them.

Gooding RV Center, Mission Texas…read more I have a Forest River fifth wheel RV that I did not purchase locally but needed maintenance parts. After contacting Forest River and getting the part numbers, I was told that I could not order directly from the manufacturer but had to order my parts through a dealer. Gooding RV Service Center is just down the road, but sells models different than mine, but I took a chance and visited. The gentleman, I believe the owner, was very polite. He looked up the part numbers and ordered them for me. He didn't even request a down payment. He called me when the parts arrived, I returned, paid and was on my way. Although I have not made a major purchase at Gooding RV Service Center, I would recommend them based on my experience.

There is such a lack of professionalism here. My husband and I have never felt welcome there, whether they're just having a bad day or whatnot, there's no excuse for showing a lack of willingness to help. I don't recommend this place at all. I recently bought a truck at this dealership. They advertise one price then at financing come out…read morewith an additional $2000 for some protection plan which is total BS. The manager says he has no choice but to include it. I negotiate it down to $900 and then when I actually try and use the protection plan they literally do nothing to the truck. They covered up some scratches on the paint but at the first carwash the scratches come right back out. The plans they sell are garbage and they know it. I do not recommend this dealership at all!

I have been able to run over to Sierra Mobile RV location and get the advise and parts that we needed. I had an item to return at one time, it was seamless, they were very helpful and understanding. It's not work they do but the owner (Joe and his wife) spent after hours finding a mechanic who could do the work.
