We recently had Valley Tree Solutions come out and top 4 of my Cottonwood and clean out some branches in the other Cottonwood, trim some dead branches out of a birch and Chinese Pistach plus remove a flowering plus. The 2 guys that came out were very friendly and knew what the trees were I wanted topped unlike a guy that thought they were poplar. They gave us a fair price so we decided to go with them. I had Jose come over and give us a quote for three trees we wanted to have worked on. We wanted two lightly trimmed and were debating whether to trim or remove the third tree. The quote he gave us was very fair and comparable to the others we received. He applied for a permit from the city to do the job, which required a certified arborist, then just stopped replying to phone calls, texts and emails from me and the city arborist.
