The commissioner is weak and easily intimidated by members of region 71 board. The board members are classless locals. Your average run of the mill raci*ts. The coaches are no longer members of the community, but are brought in from Van Nuys, and other vagrant neighborhoods. The parents are insufferable. From the gossip and over dramatized low brow refs to the soft heads of this region the whole thing is a sh*t show. Bring security with you to practices and games. Record everything and stay safe out there.

They don't realize that they are only paying for the uniforms and field permits. Everything else such as coaches and referee are all volunteer position requiring parents to step up and get involved in their children activity. Some how the West Hills community seems to think of soccer as a hobby or daycare and very very few get involved. Tip: for the parents help your kids team prep the field, setup and goals, help paint the lines, help clean the field, remove debris and rock. Everyone you see out there is working for free. Let's go West Hills step up. My kids have aged out and had a wonderful time.

The staff and coaches are extremely friendly, however the management is lazy and unresponsive. I sent over an email asking them for some details about their spring festival and never heard back. Also the goal net has had a tear in it for week, allowing my son to escape (dangerously). They've not attempted to fix it at all. After finally being fed up, I fixed it myself in under 5 minutes. It's ridiculous that the manager can't even do simple things like answer emails or put up a couple caribeaner clips. Also the trash can outside looks like hasn't been emptied in at least a month. The bag underneath is torn and the trash is overflowing onto the walkway. It's disgusting. I would probably overlook that if the manager wasn't so lazy and unresponsive, but alas... We probably won't be signing up for the next session.

So i waited for Monday morning to call and I was told that they would be shipping at the end of the week. So i waited another week. I didn't hear back from Niky's on the status. I called back again and again was told it was shipping and i should have it by the end of the week. I waited again. I called the store to confirm they had received it before i drove out and was told they didnt have it and call the Pasadena store. I called the store and was told it would ship out at the end of the week. It's now been over a month and my son wasn't able to play in his 1st tournament because he didn't have the uniform. I understand that its a custom club kit and could take a little longer which is why i waited 2 weeks before trying to pick it up from the Woodland Hills store, but why say ready in 5 days when it isn't and they don't offer any status update unless you call. Just to hear that it will ship at the end of the week. Its been over a month and still nothing. Very disappointed. Im not the only one. Many kids from the club are having the same issue. Yet im getting blasted with emails everyday of sales or new equipment but no update on my order.

Coach Brett and Cat have been amazing and beyond instrumental in his progress these past few seasons. They are wonderful at challenging the kids in ways that truly bring them out of their shell and take them to the next level in their skills and what they are capable of. They have created so much confidence in him, and their connection to the kids they coach is incredible. In addition to working with them during the AYSO season, he attends their Summer and Winter camps regularly - it is his absolutely favorite of all the camps offered. Every single kid had an amazing time---so mich so that several are already saying they want to have their own parties there! The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Coach Tony and coach Ben were both great to work with, and Coach Ben did an outstanding job keeping the kids engaged, coaching them, and running the games. The highlight of the party was definitely the kids vs. parents' game that Coach en suggested----it was such a fun and memorable moment, and everyone had a blast. I eventually received a text message to which I replied with hopes to get information on hosting a birthday party here. I did receive the information HOWEVER, I followed up with "great how can I make a deposit? Can I swing by to view the space?" Never received a reply. I figured it's a business they are likely busty. So I made it a point to visit to hopefully secure a spot for the birthday party. I was advised to visit after 8pm as someone to help would likely be there at that time. In addition I was told to try calling the number I had already tried connecting with. My issue isn't so much not being able to host an event here as much as it's the lack of communication. I waited a few days as I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt...which then lead me to lose potential other locations for the event. Just not great business.
