When I later accompanied my sister with her own domestic cat, one of the women at the front desk was extremely rude to her. My sister's cat was prescribed a medication for an eye infection that she had been given in the past to treat cat herpes. Not exactly a pharmacological expert, my sister wanted to make sure it was the right medication and approached the desk to ask simply for more information and clarification: the woman got defensive and accused her of not wanting to buy the medication for her cat. I watched the interaction in shock. No one in my family ever went back after that. If you are looking for a vet, go elsewhere.
