Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that's where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul. You can hear it in his voice, feel it in his handshake, and see it in every detail of his work. That kind of character is rare. His crew? Fast. Efficient. Respectful. And genuinely friendly--something you don't always see these days. They worked hard, worked smart, and treated me with real care and respect as a disabled veteran. We have been going to Whitfill for over 20 years now! Not only do we go to them during the holidays but rely on them throughout the year when we need additional plants and trees for our backyard. We first started using Whitfill back in the early 2000's when they were on 40th street south of Roeser. We literally lived across the street from their nursery and when they moved to their current spot on Southern we followed! We have decades of photos with our boys standing next to the tree they choose for Christmas and the tradition continues now with our Sphynx cats! They used to have a peacock walking around but unfortunately he is no longer there. They are pet friendly and we are comfortable taking our cats there in the stroller. Not only are their prices and tree selections the best in town but their customer service and knowledge of anything tree related is vast! They know what they are doing and don't try to upsell or get you to buy unnecessary items. They are the real deal!

I wanted to buy one since my really old one at home decided not to bloom this year! If you need Christmas or holiday spirit and live close by, you should visit! It's a beautiful place.
