Wow. A friend of mine referred me to Jesters Hearing. So I made an appointment to be assessed for Hearing aids. This is a family business. The son Jeremy was pretty much in charge at this time. Very nice working with Jeremy. I found him very knowledgeable and accommodating. Jeremy was able to give me the same high level Hearing aids with Bluetooth at half the price that the ENT office quoted! The hearing aids have rechargeable batteries which is so so convenient. I definitely recommend Jesters Hearing.

This Dr, put a tiny camera down in my ear, showed me the problem, and fixed it! He placed a tube in a narrow drain that I have (like many others) since birth. Gave me some drops, and I was fine in a couple days. I recommend Dr Carvalho very Highly, because most ENT's, Like dentists, give you the run-around of several appointments, just hoping you'll go away, or get better by chance. This doctor has a scam going to rip off your insurance and avoids doing anything. I had fluid in both ears for MONTHS causing severe hearing loss. He had me get an audiology test and CT scan instead of opening my eardrums to drain the fluid and insert ear tubes. The audiologist said it was useless to do a test with my ears full of fluid and that I needed to find a different ENT to take care of me. I asked Dr Carvalho's office why he wouldn't put the ear tubes in and they told me he doesn't do ANY surgery, not even this simple in office procedure. Then I found out several other people who had the same bad experience with this doctor. I found an ENT in Redlands who tested me and said my eardrums were so impacted with fluid that they were barely moving. He inserted ear tubes the same day to my immediate relief! He was absolutely flabbergasted that the Hemet ENT had done nothing to help me, wondering what he went to med school for if he wasn't going to treat people. I have no answer to that, but he is doing a disservice to his patients by delaying care they need, until they get fed up and go out of town to an ENT who will help them as I did. DON'T GO HERE!!!
