I did some research and found that he was donating his time to Menifee Senior Living, an assisted living facility where my mom resided. He would spend time every week meeting with residents to help them with their hearing needs. That was all I needed to make my decision of who to go to for my hearing needs. I have been in his care now for 6 years, he also takes care of my mother's hearing needs. The best thing about his care is he schedules a visit every 6 weeks at no charge to clean the hearing aids, remove wax build up from your ears and just have a friendly visit with him. We recently moved to the state of Georgia which would normally make it impossible to remain in his care, but he set me up with a second pair of hearing aids so if ever I had an issue all I had to do was mail the hearing aids back to him and use the back up pair. This system worked perfectly. I also called him about a problem we were having with my mom's hearing aids so he recorded a video of what he thought the problem could be with how to address the problem and it worked. I can't express how wonderful Mike Johnson is and encourage you to give him a chance to take care of your needs. You will not be disappointed.

I was rudely interrupted by another patient that went in front of me and started talking staff, and she started to help her, and I stared at both of them and staff did not correct this person, she continued to help her..three times during my attempt to checking the staff helped this person during my turn...very unprofessional...by the time I was called for mammo gram, my bladder was full and ready for sonogram which I was told would be first...but it wasn't...so being uncomfortable for so long made my back and hip pain. Even worse...I attempted to stay for sonogram and I tried but too much pain. From waiting. I was prepared at 130pm today with no pain. But they were back up! So I was understanding enough to change my appointment. Not one person, asked me if I was OK when I was leaving very slowly and crying in pain...not one staff asked if I was gonna be ok getting home...and yet I changed my appointment for there convenience..no consideration, and the sonogram tech seen me crying....when treat people like this with out any consideration, and your doing this at your job! Middle of June was told the new lenses were cut too small for the frames. 50 days after the order I'm told the original order has arrived and no sunglasses. That didn't sit well with him. From that moment on, everything I said felt completely dismissed. This wasn't just one bad visit--it felt like a pattern of rushed, impersonal, and dismissive care.
