Customer service has always been friendly and everyone goes over and above. Today, especially, we had to follow up on a warranty issue with our phone screen protectors. The Best Buy "concierge" answered my inquiry with ease, then found my replacement items and handed them to me. Once we explained everything to our cashier Isabel, she handled our exchange with patience, exemplary service and a friendly attitude. She quickly rounded someone up to help us with the replacement of our phone screen protectors and we were on our way. I'm so grateful for the staff at Best Buy, especially Isabel!

He had a new one installed, windows 11 installed, all my photos and files were back in the correct directory by the morning! My laptop has never been faster, its so responsive, boots very fast and doesn't get as hot. I was hesitant to switch to windows 11 but with Jamie's extremely minimal install, there's absolutely no bloatware, no ads anywhere (not even youtube!), and it runs better than ever! All this for a great price, I couldn't recommend him enough. Definitely someone I would trust with another machine of mine!

We accidentally blew a fuse on a portable stove and was referred by family to get it here. The store has a dedicated parking lot plus plenty of street parking so we were in and out in a jiff. We were greeted right away but they didn't have the fuse in stock. No fear though, he listened to what we needed and was able to improvise to make "pigtails" on an existing fuse so it could be soldered to the board. We were told if we didn't like our our phones for any reason we could exchange them before 7 days. After 3 days we asked for a refund (prorated because we used 3 days) and we were refused by the owner, Rocky, over the phone and very rudely. We called corporate and because these are franchise stores and we paid in cash they weren't able to issue a refund. We are out 180$ and were left with worthless (to us) merchandise. I was writing on a deadline and my computer's hard drive froze up (I didn't realize it wasn't…read moresyncing with Google Drive). I went to a couple of bigger name computer repair sources and they both said essentially:: "For ____, we can look at your problem. Then for ___ we can try to transfer your hard drive data, but it sounds like you'll probably lose everything. Then for ___ we'll replace your OS, which means you'll have to re-install all your programs as well as any lost files. Did we say you'll lose everything? Oh, and it'll be 3-5 days." I called Greg at Comtek and we arranged to meet so I could give him my hard drive. He called THAT SAME EVENING with the good news that he was able to repair the hard drive issues and link me back up with Google Drive. He even copied the file I needed onto a disk. That kind of service is why I'll call Comtek first from now on.
