I have now been in probably five times or so with and without my mom. We both had pieces that needed to be fixed. Every time we walk in no matter who is working, we have greeted and treated so nicely. I have full trust in them. And I will continue to use them for future jewelry repair or purchases. And I will always recommend this place to friends. They are very knowledgeable. I loved some of the pieces they have for purchase in the shop. They offer custom work. Today I walked in and wanted to show them a necklace my dog accidentally ripped off my neck. I just wanted the pendant checked and make sure it was secure. It's a family heirloom and means the world to me. I would've so upset if it came off the chain. She checked it and fixed it for me immediately. I asked how much I owed and she said nothing.
