Kyle and Corey have completely dedicated themselves to putting out a high quality training experience rather than a stare in the mirror, shoot the bull gym/happy hour. Regardless of your level of experience or the condition you're in, their workouts fit all. With each exercise, they demonstrate proper form and explain what muscle groups you should feel being worked. They don't leave it at that, they watch for correct form and tell you what to change and how. These guys are always throwing in the newest in physiology and nutrition as well showing how truly invested they are in quality health and living. I started working out at Valor as part of their 6-week challenge. However, I have stayed on after because of the results and community. Adding strength and conditioning to my regular running workouts helped me drop considerable time off my mile pace, and I even PR'd during my half marathon after just 6 weeks here.
